Pros: Well equipped apartment and very comfortable. Easy communication with the owner that explained with details how to get to the apartment. Parking available in front of the building. Lovely view from the kitchen. The bay is in front of you and you can reach Kotor in 25 min on foot.

Living the slow life on the bay

Pros: Stunning location, close enough to the old town via a beautiful 15 minute coastal walk on which you can enjoy spectacular views of the bay. Similarly, you are literally right on the water - it's about 20 feet from the window. The flat is kitted out with everything you could need for a comfortable stay and is in a lovely little quiet neighbourbood. If you're lucky, you can watch the MSC cruise ship sail past right before your eyes. The owner is very easy to contact and she cares a great deal about attention to detail and the happiness of her guests. I would love to come back some day! Thank you for a wonderful stay. ❤️

A pleasant vacation

Pros: Its proximity to the city center was enough for us. The biggest advantage was that there was no parking problem. The owner was very helpful, met our needs and answered all our questions. The house was as described, clean and useful. Maybe we can say that our only problem is the insufficient heating of the air conditioner. Since we stayed in winter time, I do not think this problem will be experienced in summer. We would also like to thank our next door neighbor for his smiling face.

Pros: I had a pleasant stay at Pontica Apartment. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the bed was a bit less comfortable than I expected, which slightly impacted my rest. Despite that, the overall experience was positive, and the host was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Cons: The bed was less comfortable than I had hoped, as the boards creaked loudly with every movement, making it difficult to settle in and enjoy a restful night's sleep. This was a bit of a drawback during an otherwise pleasant stay.

Modern apartment, with great access to the sea and a short walk from downtown Kotor.

Pros: Modern apartment, with great access to the sea and a short walk from downtown Kotor. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils, ironing board, hair dryer and other things needed for your stay. Importantly there is a parking space next to the apartment, which is a great bonus in Kotor. Nikoleta was very informative with the check-in information, which made the process smooth.

Pros: The apartment was super cute and well-equipped. It’s a bit outside the main area, but it’s an easy walk to the old town. Parking is available, and there’s convenient access to the bay right across the street.
