Kotor Vista Seaview apartment by MN Property

Good!

Pros: I really liked the location, especially the beautiful view from the apartment’s terrace. The apartment itself is spacious, with enough room for a family, and it has two separate bathrooms, one located right next to the master bedroom. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms and the living room, so there was no problem staying cool. The person who assisted us with the accommodation was very kind and did everything possible to support us, even though we arrived very late. The apartment was clean but seemed like it hadn’t been used for a while (we even found 2 small lizards inside). In about 3 min. walk you are at the sea and can take a swim. There is a small entrance in the waters, I would not call it a beach, but swimming there is pleasant. Not suitable for small children,. There is a reserved parking spot for you just in front of the building.

Cons: While the location is good, it requires at least a 30-minute walk to get to Kotor itself, as the apartment is actually in a neighboring area called Muo, on the opposite side of the old town. There are no supermarkets, restaurants, or other dining options nearby, so all these amenities require travel into Kotor. The area is very crowded in August, and although the drive to Kotor is only 3-5 minutes, traffic congestion often makes it slower than walking. Finding a parking spot is also very difficult. Therefore, you will end up with an hour walk (including return) even for a bottle of water. Going with the car is no solution as you will not find a parking spot. One downside is the photos on Booking.com, which are somewhat disappointing. It is mentioned that there is a pool and that it is unavailable for 2025, but the pictures give the impression that the pool is right in front of the apartment. In reality, the pool is off to the side, in front of a neighboring property you cannot use it. Also, the pictures present an up-posh apartment, while it is quite expired. Try to imagine a nice apartment built probably 10-15 years ago and no upgrades or renovations have been made. It is nice, but old. It is comfortable and spacious, but more modest than the photos suggest. Also, the smell in the bathroom is very bad, but I've seen that this seems to be a general problem in Montenegro, as even on the streets you sometimes feel this bad sewerage smell. You can only pay cash and, of course, you will not get any receipt or fiscal document for your payment. Overall, there is no value for money (as it does not come cheap) and the presentation on booking.com is rather deceiving, Also, overall, Montenegro is overrated. The nature is nice, but the services are in many situations deficient and expensive (even more expensive than crowded places in Italy, for example). Also, the traffic in August is a nightmare.

Pros: Amazing views and lovely pool area. If you have no car then expect a 20 min walk into the centre and supermarket but it’s a pleasant walk.

Cons: Just struggled with taxis as not all would travel round the bay. But found a spot to get a taxi in the end across the road from the supermarket

Pros: Beautiful apartment with amazing view in front, everything what you need in the apartment… We booked for one night but after my kids liked it a-lot we did extend for one more night where we enjoyed the stay…

Pros: Die sehr schöne Ferienwohnung ist gut für 2 Pärchen geeignet. Nach Ärger mit Mietwagenvermieter hat uns die Vermieterin mit ihrem Privatauto, 4 Personen/Gepäck und 1. Einkauf persönlich abgeholt. Vielen vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Lage, Lage, Lage, einen schöneren Blick auf Kotor und die Berge bei Sonnenuntergang hat man kaum.

Cons: der Geruch aus dem Abflüssen ist ein Problem der Region und wurde schon erwähnt.

Pros: Apartament miał przepiękny widok na zatokę, który można było podziwić z przestronnego tarasu. Dużym plusem był duży parking oraz basen.

Cons: W łazience z wanną były nieprzyjemne zapachy z kanalizacji.

Konfor ve manzara için harika bir seçim.

Pros: Manzarası muhteşem, temiz , daire içinde ihtiyacınız olacak her şey mevcut . Old Town’a yürüme mesafesinde, ücretsiz otoparkı var.

Rüya gibi bir tatil

Pros: Tesisin her olanakları harikaydı. Ev sahipleri mükemmellerdi. Her detayı düşünmüşlerdi. Çok teşekkür ederiz
