A wonderful stay at Sun and Sea Apartments!
Pros: The apartments are spotless, spacious, and offer a stunning sea view. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops, so everything is within easy reach. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged: a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely balcony to enjoy the sunset. But what truly made our stay special was the host, Maja. 💛 She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Maja greeted us personally, gave us great local tips, and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to her warmth and hospitality, we felt completely at home. In short, Sun and Sea Apartments is not just a place to stay — it’s a memorable experience. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside holiday!

Fabulous stay
Pros: Beautiful top floor apartment with 2 balconies . Very modern and totally well equipped with everything you need and spotless clean. Washing machines on ground floor free to use with powder supplied . Maia, the manager lives on site and was so helpful. Recommended restaurants and surrounding areas. Small supermarkets next door for all essentials, shut all day Sunday. So Maia gave us milk to keep us going! 24 hour bakery at bottom of hill. Fabulous food

Pros: Great apartments. Everything was nice. Me and my friend would surely choose it again next time we visit Budva. Great location, great service, friendly staff, lovely Maja. Thanks a lot ♥️

Pros: The apartment was great and the view was amazing!It was very clean and well equipped!Only 10 min of walk from the Old City and the mini market was next to the apartment!The pool is small but our kids loved it!

Great stay in Budva
Pros: The apartment was perfect – very clean and beautifully furnished, with everything we needed. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, providing us with detailed instructions and assistance with everything. Everything is very well maintained, and the pool is wonderful with sun loungers (one day we didn’t even go to the beach because it was so nice). The location of the apartment is fantastic – just about 10 minutes from the beach and also close to the old town. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to everyone.

We had a great stay, the apartment felt like home.
Pros: Clean, modern apartment that has everything you could need. Location was great. Extra touches in the bathroom with flannels for make up.
Cons: No lift, only draw back was getting your luggage up and down the stairs.

Excellent apartments, highly recommended.
Pros: We booked two apartments at Sun and Sea. Both apartments were excellent—clean, with balconies, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The apartments have air conditioning and are within walking distance of the beach and the old city (about a 10-minute walk). There’s also a fruit market, supermarket, and mall about 10 minutes away (walking). In addition, there is a fun pool available for the apartment guests. Maya, the host, was lovely and available for any questions or requests. Highly recommended! 🌸
Cons: The location is excellent, but there is a bit of an uphill walk to reach the apartments, and there are stairs inside the building. So if someone has a physical limitation when it comes to climbing stairs, it’s something to keep in mind. It didn’t bother us at all…

Pros: The apartment was very nice and spacious. It was very clean and located 10mins away from the centre of Budva. Our parking spot was always available, something really important due to the fact that Budva is a busy town. Our hostess, Maja was very polite and available to answer all our questions. She provided all information required to enjoy the most of Montenegro. I would definitely come back to this apartment when I am back in Budva.
