Sunny Bay Apartments

Pros: Brand new, modern and spacious facility, fully equipped and furnished. Host was friendly and flexible. Specious garage was included in the price. Beach and old town are within 10-minute walking distance.

Spacious and well equipped apartment not far from beach and the old city (not for disabled people)

Pros: It's quite a new building, everything is new and clean. The building stands in residential area off the main road, so the area was pretty quite during our stay. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. There are balconies (we had 2) with a pretty good view, and also a private area around the building where we ate tangerines from a tree. Both the beach and the old city are pretty close. The beds are comfortable, there's plenty of closet space, two large air conditioners, and additionally a heater. The bathroom was also warm and comfortable. It's large, and washing machine stands there. The kitchen also has everything you may need (except food, that you need to buy and to bring up the way, and a toaster) There is a garage for a car (closed space, not street parking) The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons: Our great apartment was on the 3rd floor without lift (about 50 steps) The building itself also stands on a heights. Not a big deal maybe, still we refrained from walking down into the city another time. I did not like water taste from a tap, and to bring bottles up the stairs is not so pleasant. The apartments are great and spacious but not so cosy as some private once. I'd say more hotel or flat that you're renting for a long period than inhabited dwelling. Single combined toilet and shower bathroom (we used to have 2 toilets in our home)

Pros: Ļoti laba lokacija, komunikācija ar saimnieci arī izcila! Viss jauns un tīrs!

Cons: Trūkst pakaramo pirmajā guļamistaba, koridorā virsdrēbem vispar nav, tā pat vannasitaba nepieciešami pakaramie, virtuve maz piederumu! Pats minimums. Paldies, ka bija pirmajam rītam kafija! Bet šis dzivoklis tiiko augustā bija atvērts un tad ir saprotams, ka vēl kaut kas var nebūt!

Pros: דירה עצומה בגודלה מרווחת מאד מאד וענקית היה מבריק ונקי 2 מקלחות מטבח ענק מרפסות מכל כיוון מרחק 10 דקות הליכה לעיר

Pros: Качественный европейский сервис в Черногории. Абсолютно новые, современные апартаменты. Тихо, уютно, чисто. Замечательный персонал!

Pros: דירות גדולות, מרווחות ומשופצות. התאימו בול למה שהיינו צריכים

Cons: אחת הדירות הייתה בקומה רביעית בלי מעלית, קצת עלייה קשה בכביש כדי להגיע

Pros: היה מאד נקי מרווח וגדול ל 6 אנשים . הבעלים נחמדים מאד .

Pros: Lokacija odlična, sve je u blizini apartmana. Vlasnica nas je lijepo dočekala. Apartman je lijepo, novo uređen , čist . Parking (garaža) osiguran.
