Pros: Really nice & cosy accommodation - very tidy & clean! The host was super friendly & helpful, and gave some tips on places to go around Budva when I arrived. Great location, just 5mins walk outside of Old Town Budva and nearby buses to Sveti Stefan.

Great value, great location and friendly hosts with a very comfortable bed and good balcony.

Pros: Great location right next to old town and beaches which were all walkable. Very friendly host who was very welcoming and keen to pass on useful local information and tips. Cleanliness and balcony was bigger than we expected with a ok view.

Cons: The kitchen was small and outdated with no real prep area and perhaps not easy to cook a meal. However, we did not want to cook so it was fine and the small fridge was enough for our needs. Bathroom could benefit from an update but it all worked ok.

Very nice apartment and location

Pros: Great location next to Old Town and good size apartment with a terrace. Caretakers were very nice and helpful.

Cons: I requested a double bed but got 2 singles. Mattress was hard and squeaky. There is no signage out the front, so tricky to find. There are a dozen steps to the apartment.

Amazing apartment

Pros: Amazing Apartment! The host was very friendly and helpful and the room had a wonderful terrace with sea view. There is a supermarket within 2 minutes walking distance and the kitchen has the basics for cooking.

Pros: It’s a charming place, close to the beach, with an amazing view from the balcony. They change towels and clean the floor every day (which is super rare). Luka and his parents are lovely people!

We had a great time.

Pros: The house was very close to the Old Town, right in the center. There was a supermarket nearby where you could get everything you needed. Trash was collected regularly, but the towels were not changed. The apartment did not provide shampoo or shower gel, but luckily we had brought our own, so it wasn’t a problem. It was about a 20-minute walk to the central bus station and very close to Mogren Beach. The apartment had a balcony, which was important for us, and we enjoyed sitting there in the evenings. The view wasn’t much—just another hotel—but it didn’t bother us. The house was attached to the one next door, but fortunately, we didn’t have any noisy neighbors. Check-in was overall smooth; we had received all the necessary information and photo directions before arriving, so it was easy to find. Nikola met us at the door, showed us the apartment, and gave us a map while explaining the places we could visit. We thank him for his help.

Cons: There was no option to pay by credit card; payment was made in cash. I would have preferred to pay by credit card. There was hair around the edges of the shower. It could have been cleaned better.

Pros: Short walk to the beach and city center. Neat and clean apartment. Helpful staff.

Pros: The lady was so kind and welcoming to us! We felt at home. The location is perfect. A few minutes walk to Budva Old Town. Gorgeous beaches within walking distance. There is a bus stop close by also. The generosity of the owners was heartfelt, and we greatly appreciated it. I wish the family health and happiness. From the Irish girls.

Pros: The host welcomed us very nicely with a drink and helped us with the suitcases. We had a flight at 7 and he brought us to the airport at 5.30, super friendly! Theres a beautiful winery behind the house.
