Efficient Apartment for a short stay
Pros: The owner is so helpful and nice, attentive to the guest comfortable stay. The apartment is clean, a bit old but clean and has all what you would need for a short stay. The location is 15 -20 min walking from Podgorica bus station, where you can have bus connection to most of Monténégro's nice attractions like Virpazar, Zabljak-black lake.. etc. If you want to have a taxi to the bus station it is 4 min for 3-4 eur cost. To République square the same.. 5 min walking from the apartment, you can find a nice supermarket and a butcher shop where you can grill what you buy directly. Restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, small park with children playground are also quite nearby. There is a mini market in the same street as well, 2 min away only. The convertible canape is comfortable, the other single bed makes some squeeqy noise. Wifi is high speed. Quality-price value is very good. Secure building. I recommend it for solo Traveller or a couple.
Cons: The apartment is on the ground floor neighboring the building entrance. I could hear the door and digicode every time the door is open or closed. And obviously the neighbors chitchatting. But it worth mentioning that I stayed for a week and I am sensitive to noise. maybe you won't be bothered by that as the rest of positive qualities are a lot 😉

Pros: The host was very nice and accommodating. The apartment was just 30 minutes walk from the the bus station, and around 10-20 minutes to the city centre. There are a lot of stores, restaurants and cafes in the area. The room is perfect for one or two people, and the bed is quite comfortable.
Cons: The kitchen is a bit small and a bit difficult to cook in, and there was a bit of a smell in the cupboard beneath the sink.

Good for a short stay
Pros: Clean apartment with good air conditioning and well equipped kitchen, had washing machine and clothes airer
Cons: Location was quite far from the centre but that suited our purpose. Shower curtain didn’t keep water in shower well.

Pros: Ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu. İhtiyaç duyulan biçok şey mevcut. Konum merkeze yürüyerek 15-20dk. Herkese açık park yeri var genelde yer bulunuyor.
Cons: Tek kişi konaklayabilir.

Cons: Spisen och kastrullerna ineffektiva. Vattenkokare behövs.

🤍 Удобно, душевно.
Pros: 🩵 Больше всего восхитил хозяин — максимально радушный человек! 💙 Был очень приветлив; разрешил выселиться позже, а чемодан так вообще стоял до позднего вечера. 💜 В кв есть вся бытовая химия и даже продукты питания.
Cons: 🩶 Не недостаток — просто особенность: 1 этаж.
