First stay in Budva
Pros: Location and Convenience for Old town and the beaches and shopping, didn't have a car this time but I'm sure it would be okay for parking and there's a security barrier at the bottom of a slight hill which you would drive through so very safe.
Cons: Probably the biggest problem for us and this accommodation isn't the only time we've come across it,is that in the kitchen there is only two of everything, ie, two cups,two glasses,two plates two folks, two knives etc etc. It means you can prepare food for a meal but then have to wash utensils before you can eat it, please please consider supplying more for your guests it's not a great expense and your guests would appreciate it I'm sure.

Brilliant location a step from old town Budva
Pros: Very welcoming as soon as we arrived and parking on site was great although had to pay but you have to expect this when you are located in a top area

Pros: Location is excellent, staff is very pleasant and helpful. Apartment well equipped and clean.
Cons: Even though our overall experience was good and we would come back here, there are a few things that could be improved. The lighting in the appartment on the first floor was weak, especially in the bathroom, dark tiles and some blue light, it was really dark. Parking was provided but not enough parking slots for all guests so sometimes you are bloked and staff needs to take your car keys to be able to move the cars.

Pros: The location was perfect. It's not even a 5-minute walk to the old town. It was a nice room with a large balcony.
Cons: The cleanliness could have been better; The towels were old, worn and stained. The pillowcases were yellowed.

Pros: Before I started my comments I must to tell a little story ..in the beginning we order the vacation for 26/6 and because the war with Iran our fly was delayed..we suppose to pay a penalty for canceling the vacation but Simona was so good she realy understand our situation and help us do delayed the vacation to July (we only pay to booking the difference of the prise between June to July)the place are realy close to old Town he is clean and the room serves are tealy good .. so if you look for apartments in budve it's the perfect place to rent

Pros: From the very first moment, everything exceeded our expectations. Although check-in was officially at 2 PM, the staff graciously allowed us to check in at 11 AM, which set the tone for a truly exceptional stay. The receptionists welcomed us not just with professionalism, but with warmth and sincerity that made us feel like we had arrived not at a hotel, but into the embrace of family. In fact, it’s no exaggeration to say that even our own family might not have welcomed us with such genuine care. Our room was spotless — meticulously cleaned every single day, with fresh towels and bathrobes that gave us the comforting feeling of being at home. The property offered thoughtful details that went beyond expectations, things you wouldn’t normally find, all contributing to a deeply relaxing and luxurious experience. Despite being located right in the heart of Budva, just a stone’s throw from the Old Town, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. A true sanctuary in the center of the city.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. Not a single flaw. This was one of those rare stays where everything felt just right — as if carefully crafted for our perfect comfort.

Best location, cost effective for old town Budva.
Pros: Very good location next to old town Budva and beaches. Lots of amenities such as furniture and a full kitchen. The AC was very strong and cold.
Cons: Smelly in the bathroom due to a bad drain smell. Had to close the door always. The bed was not very comfortable.

Best stay in Budva
Pros: Location is awesome. It is spacious, well organised and clean. Sound isolation is great so we could sleep despite the carnival taking place a hundred meters away. Hosts are kind and available and very forthcoming.
Cons: Everything was great.
