Pros: Very nice hosts! Spacious terrace from which you can greet and say goodbye to the day. :)

Cons: The kitchen is modestly equipped. For example, there is no sharp knife.

Pros: The view is magnificent. The beach is 15 meters away. The beach and the sea are much cleaner and more beautiful than the center of Budva. 2 sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach area belonging to the facility cost 15 euros. The prices at the restaurant below the apartment building are good and the portions are large.

Cons: It was a little difficult to find the house. The entrances are at the back and there is no sign on that road. Also, there is no name of the apartment at the entrance of the building. We were able to find it by asking around. The terrace belongs to 2 flats. That is, it is in common use. This is a bit of a troublesome situation regarding private life. While we were there, the flat next door complained that they thought they could not leave while we were there. This was not a nice thing.

Nice studio apartment, lovely beach.

Pros: Great location 15m from the beach! Though the weather was not good til the day we had to leave... The room was new and very clean. Bathroom good. Nice terrace to sit and have drinks.

Pros: The owner was really kind and helpful. Great hospitality. Apartment is new and clean. Perfect for families because is calm. Apartment is on the beach. The beach is really nice.

Cons: The time we were there was not the perfect time, cuz they were preparing everything for the season. Restaurant was closed, nothing to do there at that time and to the city center is too far to walk.

Pros: Very friendly hosts , helping with all questions, very quick fix of everything. Nice area right next to the sea with amazing terrace to stay and enjoy breakfasts/coffee, comfortable room with everything you need ( except bathing goods)

Cons: Basically everything was good enough! Maybe only bathroom would get watered because of how the shower is, but it would also dry quickly.

Pros: Nice apartment directly on the beach. Spaceous and with a tiny kitchen to prepare simple meals. Belongs to the restaurant below with friendly staff. Sometimes a little language barrier but that‘s what makes traveling interesting.

Pros: Quiet zone. Great view from the balcony, were you can take the breakfast (by yourself). 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. Excelent shower. A good kitchenette. Good wi-fi. Great host. Excelent price.

Cons: They dont speak english, nor answer the phone. The mosquitos at night.
