Pros: -very clean -private parking, easy to park -great view to the sea and mountain -very big room -mini kitchen with all u need -delicious breakfast -the staff very kind and helpful

Cons: -the road is on the hill (but not narrow), a little bit hard to drive but it’s worth for the view

Pros: I recently stayed at this beautiful villa and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property is spotless, spacious, and tastefully furnished, with every detail carefully thought out for comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living spaces were bright and welcoming. The location is perfect — peaceful and private, yet close enough to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The outdoor area was a highlight: a well-maintained garden, a lovely terrace for morning coffee, and a pool that was always clean and inviting. Our host Tamara was exceptional — friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring about our comfort. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any questions we had were answered promptly. This villa truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay, and I can’t wait to return!

Lovely homey vibe with beautiful views

Pros: The view from our room was gorgeous and our hosts were super nice. Very homey vibe. Highly recommend this place for a shorter stay, especially if you don’t want to stay in Budva city but want a little quiet but still with only a 5-10 min drive to the city. We really loved it and wish we had had more than one night here.

Cons: You do need a car to get here, but you can walk to the Jaz beach.

Our hosts Tanja and Tamara are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

Pros: Great view as apartment is on hill top. Also 10min to Budva city and beach.

Pros: The host Tamara was very welcoming and helpful. Gorgeous views (though we weren't lucky enough to get room 4, with the double aspect view). Nice quiet location and only a short drive to Budva.

Cons: Shower head in room 2 didn't stay on the wall and the position of shower curtain meant half the bathroom got soaked from the shower.

For family it’s good stay. But you need a car to get to the beach 🏖️

Pros: Very nice apartment with all facilities. Down the hill is a restaurant. Jazz beach just 5 min drive. Parking at property.
