Pros: The host is very nice and pleasant, and the place is clean.

Cons: The shower isn’t working very well, it’s splashing on both batteries.

Pros: The room was very clean and Sinan was very kind. The most important thing is they have free parking .

Pros: Great stay! We loved the two double beds and the cleanliness. The kitchen had everything we needed. Mr. Sinan was a very helpful host and responded quickly. Free parking and the central location (near markets and a bakery) were perfect. We even extended our 1-night stay to 3 nights. Highly recommended

Great value stay in Budva

Pros: We spent 10 wonderful days at Villa Sun Budva and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect — only about 2 km from the beautiful Old Town, yet tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, so it feels peaceful and local, without the tourist crowds. Walking to the old town or beach is easy, and there are supermarkets and bakeries just minutes away. The room was spotless, modern, and freshly renovated. The bed was really comfortable, and having a fully equipped kitchen was a huge bonus — we cooked breakfast and dinner several times and saved a lot compared to eating out. The host was super friendly, welcoming, and responsive. Highly recommend Villa Sun to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and great-value stay in Budva!

Great stay

Pros: Great stay, the owner is so kind! He is present and answrrs really fast. I decided to stay an extra night. Everything is clean, the room is big and clean, kitchen fully functionnal. Free parking as well. The value for the money is totally worth it. I would 100% stay there again

Cons: The only thing I can think is that the location is a little bit of a walk from old town but really doable. Nothing bad to say.

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable, located almost in the city center, so that I walked only 10 minutes till the sea, and the host, Sinan, is very friendly, helpful and hospitable. I will surely come again!

One week stay in Budva

Pros: My partner and I spent a week in Montenegro, and we were very happy with the place we chose to stay. It's in a great spot. It's close to the bus station, shops, and a bakery. It is about a 20-minute walk to the sea. The apartment had everything we needed. In the kitchen you can easily prepare simple meals. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very kind and helpful.

Cons: The room we ended up with had only one window in the main room, but considering the value for money, we were still very satisfied with our stay.
