Pros: all praises, neat, clean, comfortable, beautiful terrace, great location. The hosts are great people, they welcomed us beautifully. We will definitely be back

Great Hosts and Location, But Noisy at Night
Pros: The hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The location was also great — close to supermarkets, cafes, and plenty of restaurants, which made things really convenient. Quite easy to find free parking.
Cons: The downside was the noise. Many of the surrounding buildings seem to be short-term holiday rentals as well, and some of the guests were quite loud. There were several nights when music played until midnight, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. If you're a light sleeper or looking for a quiet getaway, this might be something to consider.

Pros: Apartamentul este spatios, beneficiaza de doua terase si este amplasat intr-o zona cu multe restaurante si cafenele. Bucataria este echipata complet(tacamuri, cratite, tigai etc.), am avut extra prosoape, patul este confortabil! Am primit bomboane si napolitane pentru bun venit, iar dulapul din bucatarie continea ceaiuri, cafea, zahar, sare, ulei, otet, mai mult decat ne-am fi asteptat! Masina am parcat-o in fata scarii pe aleea bloculi, am gasit loc in fiecare zi, fiind doar pentru rezidenti!

Cons: Im Haus befindet sich kein Aufzug anders als on der Beschreibung angegeben.

We really liked the place as it was more than a hotel accommodation, it was a very clean, spacious, well-equipped home.
Pros: It was the best place we stayed, it was perfectly clean, spacious, well-equipped and perfect location. We liked our hosts very much, they were very welcoming and helpful, we didn’t have any difficulty to contact, we really experienced a good stay in Budva thanks to their nice , home-felt place:)

Pros: Apartman za 10+🙂 Apartman je jako čist, prostran sa dve spavaće sobe, dve velike terade, kuhinjom koja je potpuno opremljena čak i namernicama ( kafa, čaj, šećer, ulje...) u frizideru sa velikom ledarom domaćini su ostavili za osvezenje sok, pivo, flaširanu vodu. Na stolu je bila flaša crnog vina za dobrodošlicu. U kupatilu je bilo više vrsta šampona, sapuna, kupki, veš mašina sa deterdzentom za pranje veša.... Ovaj apartma je savrsen za duži boravak veće porodice. Morala bih posebno da naglasim da su domaćini jako ljubazni i da domaçica ulaže dosta truda da apartman bude čist i da gostima ništa ne nedostaje. Iskreno preporučujem ovaj apartman i rado ćemo se opet vratiti

Pros: Piękne, komfortowe mieszkanie, o wysokim standardzie wyposażenia. niezwykle miła gospodyni, pomocna w każdej kwestii.
Cons: Jedyny mankament dotyczył parkingu w Budvie. Po prostu brak takich miejsc. Jednak gospodyni stanęła na wysokości zadania i znalazla cudowne miejsce by blisko zaparkowac
