Anazing location and view, and really clean and big apartment

Pros: The apartment impressed with it cleanness and location! Light and big living room, two big bed rooms with queen size bed in one and two single beds in the second. Two balcony. From one of the balcony you’ll have amazing sea view to Budva bay. Bed linen, towels are professional like in high level hotels. Kitchen, bathroom are really clean and good equipped. The location is right behind marina walking area. There are some good restaurants worth to visit with a family. Good shops and shopping center are right in next two blocks. Old city if Budva is in 20min walk.

Cons: There is no parking as it’s city center. The closest parking is in 150m in the shopping center garage. Parking along streets is limited, allocated parkings are paid (0.8..1€ /hour)

Pros: Everything was great. Nice view and clean apartment. Breathtaking view. Smooth check in and out. Was lucky to stay there.

Great apartment in good location with very nice view

Pros: great location, new modern apartment, easy communication

Cons: no free parking but good pay parking closeby. the accommodation deducted 40 euro from my payment (for 2 days parking but 1 day parking cost about 28 euro)

Modern apartment with a great view located 100m from the waterfront

Pros: Our Fontana Residence apartment was on the 8th floor with a balcony view of the waterfront and old town. It was modern, well appointed and cozy, and only about 100m from the waterfront bar and restaurant strip (I recommend the Beer and Bike Club for drinks and/or dinner). The Old Town is about 400-500m away and worth a visit. We had excellent communication with our host, Iva, and she met us at the residence to hand over the keys. A hassle-free check-in.

All in all, a great place featured by modern facilities and luxurious design.

Pros: Everything was like in the description: picturesque sea view was amazing on the balcony. The apartment is modern, new, luxuriously equipped, and capacious for a family. Is is run in cooperation with the hotel in the lower part of the building, so one feels as if one were placed in a hotel. Is is also ideal for a holiday if one needs to bring one's family to stay for a few days - just like in a modern apartment. The building is surrounded by many likewise modern and luxurious apartment buildings, hotels, restaurants and bars, and just a few steps away from the coastal line and old town. So everything is convenient.

Cons: Well, nothing practically, but it would be great if some tea, coffee and refreshments were provided upon arrival - it's nothing big, but could make one feel more at home.

Perfect place to stay

Pros: Central location, sea view, comfortable beds&sheets, exceptionally clean. Parking near the appartment, airconditioning in every room, two terraces

Cons: Everything was perfect. However, one water in the fridge and few capsules for the coffee machine would have been nice, but overall very nice place.

Great stay in Budva!

Pros: We stayed in a 2 bed modern apartment, perfect for a family. Lovely view of harbour. Great restaurant. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Cons: The bathroom was a little small and the drains really need sorting out!

The apartment is great, but manager could be more polite

Pros: The apartment was clean and neat. There is an amazing view of the sea; the beach is near the building. The furniture is completely new and modern.

Cons: There was no tea, coffee, or water. I believe these are necessary in the apartment, especially for this price. Parking is not included with the apartment, and we had to park in the nearby shopping center for 30 euros per night (by the way, if you're going to park at the same place, pay for the parking in advance; it will be cheaper). However, we received a 20-euro compensation for the parking. The manager who met us didn't know English. Frankly, it's not a big deal, but it might be the reason for our misunderstanding. We were sure that we could check out until 13:00. However, she messaged us at 11:00 and rudely told us that we had to leave the apartment. The manager shouldn't communicate with clients in that manner

Killer location

Pros: Location is awesome, very close to the old city, the sea and msny restaurants

Cons: Unfortunately, the noise starting in early morning from the next building which is still under constuction was a bummer. Also, the upstairs neighbor started to watch a very loud TV session on a Sunday morning, which was really unfortunate. It would be nice if you could have a choice for pillows... Also the parking place is very tight, you need to watch out since it's real easy to scratch your car.
