Pros: Couldn't be in a better location. The owners were very helpful. Very comfortable and clean. The owners contacted us and met very near property and showed us all the facilities...would stay again

Cons: The only issues was the air con in bedroom...we couldn't turn the temperature so it was a bit to cool at night....maybe provided a free standing fan...which is what we use in our flat in Thailand rather than the air con. WiFi is 5G ...we only have 4G but Mario sorted a solution.

Best location

Pros: Location is good; beach old town restaurants and markets are just a few minutes walk. Flat is well equipped and also has a private parking place which is 15 eur per day. Thanks to Mirko and elena who were very helpfull and could reach them anytime. If vizit Budva again, will stay at the same apartment. Thanks

Clean and perfect location for autumn getaway

Pros: Elena, who is managing the apartment, is very kind, welcomed us during heavy rain in the evening and even brought us an umbrella to have it in case we go for a walk. We would book this apart again because of her.

Cons: The “sea view “ is a little side view , the cleaning wasn’t exactly the best specially in the kitchen, the pots were very dirty and the floors could be better cleaned

Pros: Apartman je blizu svega - šetališta, plaža, prodavnica. Odlična lokacija!

Cons: Iako ima pogled na more, jako smeta ogromna zgrada pored. Zaista zaklanja sunce i čitav doživljaj na terasi. Što se tiče higijene, moglo je to malo bolje.

Amazing apartment for any kind of stays

Pros: Perfectly in the city center and close to the seaside, surrounded by restaurants and shopping mall. The apartment is big with all kind of useful tools. The transfer driver was always in time and super gentle to provide suggestions. The manager was responsive and helpful, he also agreed to provide a late check-out to facilitate our needs. Strongly recommended.

Cons: Pillows could be improved.

Pros: The property was very comfortable and clean. Located near the city center, walk to Stari Grad take only 7 minutes. The best restaurants are nearly in two steps. 24h shop is one minute away. Seaview also amazing! 😍 The host is very polite and nice. He also helped us to take transfer from and to the airport. Best option for family or couple vacation.
