Pros: The accommodation is perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach and promenade, though you pass through the restaurant to get there. The space is extremely comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The view from the window is stunning, and the photos accurately reflect the property.

Cons: We asked, if possible, to check in earlier or at least leave our belongings, which was not allowed, even though it later turned out that the accommodation had been ready hours before the check-in. We were eventually allowed in at the scheduled time, but since this is a private property, a bit of flexibility in such situations would be greatly appreciated.

Get away from the stress

Pros: The location with free parking. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. . Right on the seafront. 1 minute walk. Highly recommend this establishment.

New and clean, good value with an excellent location in the heart of Petrovac.

Pros: A simple yet stylish apartment overlooking the waterfront and beach. Open your windows each morning to hear the waves. Self-contained for cooking your own meals. Everything is new and modern.

Nice accommodation almost on the seashore.

Pros: The apartments are very clean, it seems that everything is new. It's a minute's walk to the sea. An old stone house with thick walls, but everything inside is modern.

Pros: Excellent location, very helpful host, has everything you could need for a short vacation.

Cons: Nothing really comes to mind, kitchen area could be a bit bigger maybe.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is clean, spacious, and has a stunning sea view. It’s located right on the pedestrian street, and we didn’t realize it was so close to the seaside — a very pleasant surprise. The kitchen is well equipped, and everything you need is within walking distance. Despite being in the heart of the pedonale, the windows are noise-proof, so it’s perfectly quiet inside. Milica is a fantastic host — kind, communicative, and very accommodating. We requested an early check-in, and she kindly arranged for us to arrive at 11. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Excelent for family

Pros: We stayed at SM Beach Residence in Petrovac from June 7th to 20th and rented 3 apartments. Everything was amazing! The location is perfect — right on the beach with beautiful sea views. The apartments were very clean and well-equipped. What pleasantly surprised us: towels were changed every 3 days, and even bed linen was refreshed during our stay. The soundproof windows are excellent — with closed windows you don't hear anything from the street, which is great for sleeping. The small kitchen has everything you need. There’s a convenient place downstairs to store beach items, and we loved how easy it was to go back and forth with kids. Private parking next to the building was a big plus, as parking in the city is difficult. The staff was always available and helpful. Milica is a very kind and responsive host. We truly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to friends and family. Thank you!

Pros: Location was the best, right up the pedestrian street and the beach. We had the chance to book the apartment with terrace, and having our meals on a private terrace with a nice view was the highlight of our stay. Also, the parking post was a big flex!

Pros: Very close to the beach, restaurants and market Very nice sea view (especially from top level, mine was middle level) Parking place on property far from public road which wasn't common for many other places around. It was difficult to maneuver but was fun as well.

Cons: Difficulties with payment - payment terminal wasn't able to connect and eventually I had to pay with cash
