Prelep stan sa manjim nedostacima koji se lako mogu prevazići i ne umanjuju značajno kvalitet.

Pros: Odlična lokacija u blizini Budve. Moderan, lepo uređen i potpuno opremljen stan sa velikom terasom. Veliki market se nalazi na samo nekoliko metara od objekta, što omogućava laku i brzu nabavku, dok se taksi stajalište nalazi ispred zgrade, što dodatno olakšava kretanje i boravak.

Cons: Nedostatak obezbeđenog parkinga – parkiranje je moguće isključivo na ulici, u zavisnosti od dostupnosti. Takođe, apartman nema Wi-Fi konekciju. Vlasnici su u više navrata obećali da će problem rešiti i poslati šifru za internet iz drugog apartmana, ali to tokom boravka nije realizovano.
