Pros: The place and the surroundings are lovely. The pool is a necessity in the hot days and the sun beads are cosy. There is also a nice area to sit in the shades with a grill nearby. We planned to stay in Podgorica but this place came up as an alternative and we are ever grateful to have found it instead of living in apartment in town. Very close to town but still something totally different. The host is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Pros: Exceptional Stay – Warm Hospitality, Beautiful Views & the Sweetest Cherries! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Podgorica Bio Villas for 5 nights and 6 days, and it was such a wonderful experience. The property is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, green, and perfect for relaxing—but what truly made it special was the amazing host. We were honestly quite a demanding group, but the host was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. He even helped us organize a surprise birthday celebration, complete with a cake and thoughtful setup. It meant so much and made the whole trip unforgettable. The swimming pool was another highlight—clean, refreshing, and surrounded by nature. We spent hours relaxing there every day! And I have to mention the cherries from the backyard—truly the sweetest I’ve ever had. I had them every morning for breakfast! Thank you for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and happy. We’ll definitely be back!

Cons: The place is quite secluded, which makes it peaceful and private, but it can be a bit tricky to reach—especially if you’re arriving at night. A car is definitely recommended, and it’s best to plan your arrival during daylight if possible.

Pros: Loved the peaceful, rural location away from crowds. Very clean. Hosts were helpful and responsive to any queries we had. Lovely cherries.provided by host from their vast orchard. Great Wi Fi connection. Plenty of parking. Spent three evenings chilling over self cooked meals which we prefer. (Restaurants are in the city about 30 mins away). Had their sweet pup for company too. We will be back.

A dream location to relax & unwind - super friendly host!

Pros: Bio villas was literally a dream oasis surrounded by greenery & wildlife. We loved staying here! The villa was clean and well equipped, the pool was the clean & perfect temperature with a stunning view. The host Ivan was SO helpful and friendly. We loved how responsive he was to our questions via whatsapp & he even kindly brought us some sweet treats to enjoy on our 2nd day! The road to the villa was better than we thought it would be, a little bit bumpy up the driveway but nothing our little car couldn't handle. Bonus points for the friendly dog Vuchko & ginger cat that often came to visit us every day.

Cons: The only suggestion would be to have 3-4 sun loungers for the 2 villas rather than just 2. The other adjoining villa is currently rented by a long term tenant who, when returning home from work in the afternoon requested the 2nd sun lounger back for her to use. We completely understood this but the deck chairs were less comfy so we would of loved an extra lounger to relax and watch the sunset on. This wouldn't stop me coming back though!

Pros: Great location if you are looking for quietness and stay in harmony with nature. The swimming pool is really a plus! At the same time not too far from Podgorica.

Quiet, beautiful and well-equipped place close to Podgorica.

Pros: Very nice place close to Podgorica. Quiet, beautiful, lots of nature. Very nice hosts, answered immediately to all our questions, helped with everything and gave us fruit from their huge garden. Nice swimmingpool, some sports equipment (badminton and table tennis), well equipped kitchen. A very sweet dog, our children loved it! There is no air-conditon, but the place is situated in a valley, which makes it around 8 degrees cooler then e.g. Podgorica.

Cons: It is a bit difficult to find, but the host gave us directions. The roads are bad, but this is general for Montenegro, not the host's fault. Lots of insects, which is understandable for such an organic and sustainable place, but if you are afraid of e.g. spiders (have never seen bigger!), you might feel uncomfortable. Luckily they were only outside, there are insect-nets in the windows.

Pros: Nice pool and new apartments. No complaints. It was around 40 degrees celcius so we really appreciated the a/c. We also liked the friendly dog and cat that were on the premises. Jovan was a nice host and responded quickly to any questions.

Pros: Honestly cannot rate this place highly enough! We had the most amazing stay! Jovan and his family were such wonderful hosts and so incredibly helpful! The accommodation was so beautiful and we had everything we needed. It was so peaceful and beautiful.

Tranquil allotjament als voltant de Podgorica (15’ en cotxe) amb piscina, però amb entorn afectat per incendis d’agost’2

Pros: - Piscina - L’ubicació és tranquila i l’entorn era maco (ara bona part està cremat) - L’allotjament en sí és petit, però prou còmode i ben climatitzat

Cons: Vam tenir una experiència desagradable, perquè ens va coincidir l’estada amb un incendi que va cremar fins a l’entrada de la finca en els dies anteriors i a les muntanyes de l‘entorn mentre hi èrem. A destacar la implicació de l’Ivan, el propietari, remullant el terreny incansablement i mantenint-se present a les nits, tot i què hauríem preferit ser avisats i no haver-nos allotjat.

Pros: Einfache, saubere Häuschen, alles vorhanden und Ivan ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Host!
