Had a fantastic time, would highly recommend!

Pros: Excellent facilities, a lovely quiet location, very clean & modern with hosts on hand should we have needed anything. Extremely well looked after.

Cons: I would suggest hiring a car as taxis were a little hard to come by from the property & not really within walking distance of anything particularly given the amazing temperatures.

Perfect location for family holiday in Budva

Pros: Perfect location for 2 families stay near Budva. Short drive to Budva. Clean, comfortable villa with pool and gymnasium. Rooms with air conditioning and bathroom each. Very nice and welcoming hosts.

Peace and quiet in a perfect setting!!

Pros: What a find Villa Andrea 1 is one of the best villas we have stayed in. The location was perfect for our stay. This villa is for those who respect what the Hosts have provided - they were very welcoming and always available for any issues (none) any questions or advice - so nice and so helpful. The views from the villa are lovely sea, mountains and the setting is peace and nature. The villa had everything one would expect and the pool is perfect. You do need a car but we found getting around very easy and there are so many lovely places to visit. The views from Lovcen are stunning. A villa to recommend for families or groups who enjoy peace and quiet and exploring.

Pros: Super gastvrije host, die er alles aan heeft gedaan het verblijf voor ons zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Dit is zeker gelukt!

Pros: Bardzo przyjaźni właściciele, warunki i rozmieszczenie pokoi gwarantują możliwość wypoczynku. Piękne widoki. Blisko do centrum Budvy, 40 minut do Kotoru. Wymagany samochód ze względu na podjazd do obiektu i odległość do sklepu, piekarni itp. Polecam z całego serca. Na miejscu jest wszystko potrzebne do codziennego życia.

Fantastica villa per soggiornare con gli amici

Pros: Gli host Ratko e Maja sono stati super ospitali, cordiali e simpatici, ci hanno accolto nonostante fossimo arrivati alle 2 di notte senza problemi. Parlano diverse lingue (inglese, olandese, russo, poco italiano) e ci hanno fatto trovare in frigo acqua, bevande e un'anguria, oltre ad offrirci prodotti loro tipici. Struttura in posizione ottima, a 10 min dalle principali spiagge e vicino al centro della città, ma senza essere nel caos della città. Possibilità di parcheggiare internamente entrambe le auto. Spazi grandi e ben fornita di accessori ed elettrodomestici.

Cons: Piscina grande, ma profonda e non illuminata la sera, nonostante questo molto bella e pulita. Unica pecca un unico phon per 4 stanze.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit herzlichen Gastgebern und toller Lage

Pros: - große, geräumige Unterkunft in welcher jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat - schöne Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick aufs Meer & Berge am Horizont - großer und sehr sauberer Pool - man ist zentral gelegen, egal ob Budva, Jaz, Ploče, Tivat oder Kotor, nichts ist weit entfernt - sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die einem bei wirklich allem weiterhelfen und sehr zuvorkommend sind - genug Parkmöglichkeiten - unglaublich netter Empfang der Gastgeber, wobei sie den Kühlschrank mit Getränken und einer Wassermelone für uns befüllt haben Alles in allem eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, die ich jedem empfehlen würde. In unserer Gruppe von 7 Personen hatte niemand etwas auszusetzen. TOP!
