Great service in PalasLux
Pros: Staff in PalasLux was amazing! So kind, pleasant, and professional! They made our stay way better.
Cons: paying for the gym and spa was a bit weird, usually it’s included in the price.

Good location, more 3* than 4*.
Pros: Location in the resort and on the beach. Upgraded to sea view room in a newer part of the hotel which was excellent.
Cons: No pool towels were provided which would be expected in a 4* hotel, nor could we hire any, despite other package holidays customers having pool towels. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Pros: We were upgraded from a regular room to a suite of a room and a living room - and we are very grateful to the hotel manager for that At the reception the representative named Mr. Marco (the lower of the two Marcos He welcomed us and helped us with everything we asked for. The next day, the first day after we encountered a problem with the air conditioning in the room and a break in the shower floor - he offered us to move to an adjacent hotel that belongs to the Palas Hotel, only newer and more luxurious, called Palas Lux, at no extra charge, and as compensation for the grief, they offered us to park our car without the daily payment of 15 euros
Cons: Despite what I will mention later - our stay was excellent and pleasant, the attitude of the staff members was wonderful - the hotel is very clean, the food at breakfast is excellent, and with a large selection The room is excellent - the view is lovely - and we would love to come back to stay at this hotel again. When we arrived it was 30 degrees, the air conditioner in our room was not able to cool well enough - and the next day we were offered to move to an adjacent building Belonging to the hotel - where the air conditioners were really strong - to our dismay, the glass door in the shower had loose hinges and after we informed reception - they sent technicians and took the whole door to repair

Sum of our stay was great except this little inconvenience with beach loungers.
Pros: I like staff approach and option of pool availability with salty water as well as room layout and all facilities in room.
Cons: I didn’t like behaviour of 2 boys in charge for loungers on the beach. We were told on Hotel reception there is no charges for loungers after 5pm anywhere in Montenegro beaches as per their law however 2 boys kick us out with explanation Hotel Palas payed for beach and some other nonsense reasons. It was very rude of them and I believe they should be trained how to speak to people and guests of Hotel Palas.

Pros: We loved the location and the whole surroundings. Everything is in walking distance. Comfy pool area with amazing views at the bar. We were upgraded to a lux room, and it was spacious, pretty, nice panorama and comfortable bed.
Cons: Small maintenance problems in the room, it didn't affect the comfort that much. Breakfast quality could be a bit better.

Hotel Palas Lux
Pros: The location and availability of all local attractions was great. Hotel staff were excellent.
Cons: Staying in the lux hotel it is almost impossible to sleep with the balcony door or window open due to outside noise, not sure anything can be done about it but it would be nice.

Pros: I liked the room with a sea view. The food was exceptional.
Cons: I had a negative experience at the hotel's parking lot where my car was damaged. When I asked to review the surveillance footage, I was informed that the cameras were not operational. I am disappointed by the lack of responsibility and support from the hotel in addressing this issue.
