Welcome to Montenegro Backpackers Home Kotor (formerly known as Montenegro Hostel B&B Kotor). Our accommodation offers a new concept of hospitality, where our guests can feel at home and easily connect with other travelers. Our location in the heart of Old Town Kotor, in a historic stone house, provides easy access to beaches and other tourist attractions. The accommodation has undergone a complete renovation for the season 2024, featuring a modern design that ensures a pleasant stay for guests. The kitchen, which is considered the heart of the home, is designed to cater to community cooking. The air-conditioned dormitories are equipped with lockers that are spacious enough to accommodate even the largest backpacks, ensuring a comfortable stay in well-maintained rooms. Pros: Air conditioned. Large lockers. Full kitchen. Central Location. Communicative staff

Cons: The bathroom set up is a bit strange. Note, the Booking.com location is incorrect, whether using google maps or Apple Maps. It’s a few buildings aware, near the maritime museum

Pros: Great social vibe - super close to everything Right in the centre of old town.

Cons: Suppper hard to find - maybe needs some more signage ? And there could maybe be more bathrooms One shower didn’t have a light so there was only 1 shower for the whole hostel

Perfect Stay

Pros: Excellent stay. Really appreciate the clothes line outside the window. Slightly confused by the design of the toilet with showers, but never had any problems

Pros: Nice place in the city center! Very chilled and cosy! Big plus for the lockers and the kitchen! but hard to get some intels if you are not in the schedule time. And I basically did not see anybody from the staff. Not a problem if you wanna only travel and have a quiet and good place to stay.

Good place for short stop.

Pros: Good location, clean and comfortable bed and very nice staff.

Cons: The showers are unisex and had no hook or shelf to put clothes in the cabin. :( Also very loud music until 1pm from outside every night.

Such an amazing stay!!

Pros: This hostel was a gem! The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and felt like a home away from home. The receptionist was absolutely amazing – she was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. Her little niece was an added bonus – she was such a joy to be around. I loved my stay here!!!

Perfect location in the old town, comfortable dorms and friendly vibe.

Pros: Comfortable dorms with black-out curtains, blankets and towels. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location amazing, right in the middle of the old town!

Cons: Weird bathroom situation where the toilet was in the same room as the showers but without its own cubicle? Was okay for a couple of nights though. Also my second night was hard to get to sleep as there was loud music from a bar nearby :/ not the hostel's fault though.

Best staff and location

Pros: Perfect location. Best staff. One of the workers even hang out with us and gave us the best tips. The room and bed were very comfortable, nice social room and the shower was good too. If I come to montenegro again I will book this place again.
