Amazing, peaceful
Pros: Very friendly owners, they gave us the key. Contact by phone was trough their daughter. Quiet place, very big house, very clean. We got wine and fruit, amazing. We could sit outside and enjoy the garden too. Thank you so much for your kindness.
Cons: Traffic in Kotor was very busy because of road works. (Summer 2025). Not the fault of the family of course, but to inform you. The way up by car through Kotor site is a bit challenging. The road of Budva site is much better. It's better to know in advance. But again, our stay was very nice.

Pros: Although we booked really late we had a very warm welcome. The hosts spoke english very well and were very kind. The apartment is located in a very calm place on the hills, ~12 minutes from beach Jaz (it is stongly advised to arrive with car). The accomodation is quite big, well equipped (with modern furniture) and very clean. The garden is beautiful with nice flowers, fruits (we got delicious figs from the garden from the host). Wifi was stable and worked well. We were absolutely satisfied and honestly recommend the apartment.

Pros: Phenomenal house with phenomenal owners, they were very helpful and kind. The house itself is fully equipped with everything you might need, the AC works great.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: Fantastic place beautifully arranged for family stay - absolutely everything was arranged to guests convenience - from sewing kit and shower cap to sunloungers and Umbrella. Every morning started with freshly picked garden herbs and berries, birds singing and amazing mountain sunrise. Total privacy, absolute cleanliness - we loved this property and its heartily hosts. Parking for a car is also included. Great location to reach all destinations - beach, supermarket, Budva, Tivat, Kotor is just a 10- 30 minutes away. Wonderful restaurant Farma Carevic if 5 minutes away.
Cons: All was awesome. Just small note - you must rent a car to get in and out with comfort.

Incredible holiday in such a beautiful place with super hosts!
Pros: A real fantastic holiday! We liked everything! Really friendly hosts, with very warm welcome and goodbye, always available to answer questions, very flexible in check-in and check-out time, even when we were delayed with border control queues. The apartment was super clean, very well stocked, and it was very spacey and quiet, in a countryside surrounded by mountains, but very close to the beaches with a 10' drive. I cannot find the proper words to describe how good it was. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was really practical and modern, outdoor space was immense! Huge thanks to the host to have made our holidays a super holiday!
Cons: Nothing that we did not like! Everything was excellent for us. All things worked perfectly and the hosts made all they could to make our stay the best it could be.

Pros: Замечательные, приветливые и радушные хозяева, очень аккуратная и ухоженная вилла с большим очень ухоженным садом, вид на горы и горный прохладный воздух дают отдых от жара пляжа. Для детей абсолютно всё безопасно - ребенок может свободно гулять по территории. Очень рекомендуем!

Pros: Eine sehr schöne, ruhige und große Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung war sehr komfortabel. Wir wurden mit Obst und Wein begrüßt. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Gegend um Kotor und Budva zu erkunden. Die Vermieter geben sich viel Mühe den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Baten sogar den Nachbarn die Bauarbeiten am Haus während unseres Aufenthaltes zu unterbrechen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Un lugar encantador desde el que visitar los mejores rincones de la region
Pros: Perfectamente acondicionado y con cuidado y cariño en cada detalle. Los anfitriones son encantadores.
Cons: Cuidado con la cercana frontera con Croacia. En verano se pueden formar colas de +5 horas para cruzarla en dirección Croacia, que supone entrar en la UE. No nos advirtieron y a nosotros nos supuso perder el vuelo de vuelta a casa.
