House with big terrace and beautiful sea view

Pros: Terrace is perfect with fantastic view. Big apatment with all you need.the host responding fast.recommend.we had lovely stay!

Cons: The best to approach with car.

Pros: Great view, huge balcony, sun beds, sun umbrella. The hostess helped to book a boat trip, the departure pier is literally two minutes on foot. The area is quiet

Cons: This is rather not a minus, but a feature, it's a long way to get to the city center or large supermarkets on foot, so it will be much more convenient by car

Incredible view from tje terrace

Pros: Incredible view and the flat has all you may need. The owner is very nice and always available for help or clarity any questions. Clima works good and beds were comfortable, kitchen has all needed stuff.

Cons: Not related to apartment. Only to aware people and avoid them the same issues I had, I recommend to have a cash, you will need it to pay the flat, the activities you do and to buy groceries in local stores.

Pros: The views from the property are stunning with a fantastic vista along Kotor Bay and at night the lights from the other side of the bay reflect off the water. The owner was highly communicative and provided clear instructions on the location and access. The accommodation is reasonably basic but clean and for us it was all about the views. There is a set of steps to walk down to the road by the bay and it's approximately 30 minutes to walk into Kotor old town.

Fabulous mini break away in a idyllic location

Pros: The villa had the most perfect view, we came as a family of 4 and the terrace was plenty big enough for us all to sit and relax. Although check in was not until 3pm, the host had the villa cleaned and ready for us arriving at 11am. She had left coffee, sugar, tea bags etc in the kitchen along with biscuits. There was all the shower essentials in the bathroom including washing liquid tablets for the washing machine. Iva could not of been a better host, anytime I was unsure about anything she was only a message away.

Cons: We came as a family so we would have liked the villa to be a little closer to the main shops and restaurants. It was a little over 40 minutes walk into the centre.

Beautiful stay amazing scenery great location

Pros: Location was amazing , the apartment was modern clean , the terrace was huge and with gorgeous scenery and our host Iva was amazing , when our taxi couldn’t pick us up from the airport she came to the airport to drive us to the apartment and she gave us great recommendations on restaurants, activities and what to see in Montenegro

Cons: There was no Ac in the bedroom and we stayed there in August so it was a hot at night

Pros: The view from this terrace was outstanding, plenty big enough for 4 adults, and the host Iva was very informative and helpful, anything you need at all she responded immediately

Cons: Needs a little updating and the steps are very uneven

Genoten van het uitzicht

Pros: Het uitzicht is prachtig, dat was ook de reden dat we deze accomodatie geboekt hebben. Er lagen voldoende handdoeken en het huis was schoon.

Cons: Om de accomodatie te bereiken is wel een minpunt. Veel kuilen (onverharde weg) en steile hellingen. Om je auto vlakbij te parkeren moet je een hele smalle steile helling op en af, wel iets om rekening mee te houden als je dat niet gewend bent.

Ältere Unterkunft mit toller Terrasse für Sommerabende 40 Minuten zu Fuß von Kotor Altstadt entfernt

Pros: Die Unterkunft punktet hauptsächlich mit der Terrasse und dem Blick auf die Bucht von Kotor. Abends ist es traumhaft schön, dort zu verweilen. Check-in sehr einfach. Parkplatz vor der Haustüre (etwas schwierige Anfahrt; generell ist Autofahren in Kotor abenteuerlich). Viele Tipps und Hinweise der Gastgeberin. Bezahlung bar vor Ort (an Bargeld denken). Zu Fuß in die Altstadt ist möglich (bei Sonne ca. 40 Minuten). Ein Taxi hat uns jedes Mal 10 € gekostet (15€ wurde stets zuerst verlangt).

Cons: Terrasse ohne Sonnenschutz/Schirm (Vorrichtung ist sogar vorhanden). Somit ist die Terrasse ab 09 Uhr bis nachmittags eigentlich nicht zu nutzen bei Sonne. Keine Auflagen für die 2 Sonnenliegen (sehr hart/Holz). Keine Strand/Badehandtücher. Nur 1 Klimaanlage für die Wohnung (im Wohnzimmer). Betten unbequem/quietschen sehr. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und alt. Alte Dusche, Badezimmer mit schwarzen Flecken an der Wand.

Pros: Fabulous view from the deck, quiet location, and Iva was extremely great to deal with on check in/out and any questions we had along the way. About a 35m walk to old town, which was fine for us but would recommend getting a 5€ cab if you’re not into walking that far.

Cons: Parking was a bit difficult as you have to drive down a gravel road for a while and the driveway is steep but if you’re not planning on driving, this isn’t an issue.
