Well located, budget accommodation - a few small issues but a great base for exploring Virpazar.
Pros: Montelago is a great value accommodation with one of the best locations in Virpazar. With a stunning outlook over the lakes and mountains and a good sized balcony, we spent lots of time gazing at the views. The room was well equipped and clean, and there was a communal dining area on a terrace. It made a great base for exploring the town and appreciating the natural scenery.
Cons: Although there is air conditioning in the room, it doesn't really get up to the mezzanine, so we would have appreciated having a fan up there to circulate the air. Our children got very hot at night. Also, there is one double mattress on the mezzanine - two singles would have been better and would be more versatile and spacious for families and couples. Parking is either in limited free spaces in town or you can pay to use the hotel car park which is adjacent to the property. In order to reach the property you have to go through the hotel car park. We would have appreciated better information on parking and access earlier in the booking process.

Great stay and beautiful views.
Pros: Location was great. Fantastic view of the lake and mountains. Cozy bedroom. Good communications with the host. Great recommendation list in the apartment for things to do.
Cons: I wouldn't recommend this property for family of 4 with bigger kids.

Pros: Judith the owner of the house was so helpful and lovely person to talk to. Beautiful wooden house at the perfect location, such a great accommodation I had , perfect in size, beautiful interior, very warm and cozy. Was able to watch sunset, sunrise from my bed. So many birds flying around, and of course mountains - absolutely magical view !!! Thank You so much for this wonderful experience !!!
Cons: The location is a bit tricky if you wish to travel around the country and see more than just a Skadar Lake , as the transport system is not great and is almost always late, but if you wish to pay a visit to Skadar lake for a day or 2, you could not ask for more better location as this home provides!

Pros: Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den See ist traumhaft, die Lage allgemein sehr praktisch. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberfamilie war leider nicht zu Hause. Dennoch gab der Gastgeber schnell Antwort auf Fragen und gab hilfreiche Informationen weiter. Die Eltern von ihm, welche vor Ort übernahmen, waren super freundlich.
Cons: Die Decken und Wände hatten teilweise Spinnweben dran. Der Boden, das Bett und das Bad waren aber sauber.

Pros: Uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que nos quedamos en Montenegro. La ubicación era inmejorable, las habitaciones muy amplias, cómodas y muy limpias.
Cons: Han construido en frente un hotel que es bastante ruidoso (aunque en las habitaciones no se escucha absolutamente nada) y que ha ocupado todas las plazas de parking disponibles.

Super emplacement avec vue sur le lac.
Pros: L’emplacement avec vue sur le lac. Présence de la climatisation. À proximité des tours opérateurs pour les balades en bateaux, les restos. L’hôte était très sympathique et agréable.
Cons: Le problème du parking. Vu le monde et du manque de place, obligation de payer le parking de l’hôtel (10€/j).

Traumblick auf den Skutarisee!!
Pros: Der Ausblick vom Balkon (bzw. Bett) ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist sehr gut: Erste Reihe noch vor allen anderen Gebäuden. Vom Hotel dahinter merkt man kaum etwas. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe.
Cons: Kissen etwas hoch und hart.
