Everywhere we looked, there was a sense of care, tasteful touches, and an overall feeling of cleanliness and refinement.

Pros: The ambiance was fantastic — we had a beautiful lake view from our rooms, and the food was excellent. The warm welcome and kind conversations were truly delightful.

Lovely stopover spot.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable room with great view. Beba cooked a delish and very generous meal for us. The picture of the snow is for Beba who warned us it was coming but the snow picture is from near Biogradska Gora, not Novak Rijecani.

Small family place and very friendly.

Pros: The view was exceptional. Breakfast was local style with a vast array of food. The restaurant served good food with a great homemade wine. We had a hire car and it was a great base for picking up boat trips on Lake Skadar.

Pros: If you like serenity, world class view and a friendly host this is the place for you! We'll come back for sure.

Pros: Babu is a nice host, we loved our room, the place is magical one of the best places i visited in the world. Great for the value. Red wine is super try it. Honey is great. The room was large and shower is nice

Breathtaking views, friendly, helpful host and clean rooms

Pros: We were only staying here for 1 night as a stop over when travelling from the coast to the North, in hindsight we wished we could have stayed for another night. The views at the location are literally breathtaking, the room was very clean and comfortable. The host made us feel very welcome and provided everything we needed, as an added bonus you can have a short hike down to the river where you can swim in the beautiful river. We would highly recommend staying here if you are passing by Skadar lake.

Cons: Nothing to do with the accommodation itself, but if you are travelling here by car from the south, the mountain roads can be quite intimidating to drive on, even for a very experienced and travelled driver. We learnt that many of these roads are protected due to their historical importance so cannot be modernised. Take it slow and be aware of locals who drive at speeds that seem ludicrous on such tiny, unprotected mountain roads.

Perfect stay - kind, calm and clean

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect!!! The room was super clean, the breakfast was generous and delicious. The view was stunning. I highly recommend to stay here, it was an unforgettable experience! We couldn't have asked for more.

Beautiful Stay in a Peaceful Area

Pros: The place is located in a quiet, peaceful area with beautiful views. Perfect if you want to relax, but still not a long drive from Podgorica. For us it was the last night of the trip, but we wish we could stay longer... The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the host is very welcoming, there's an option to have breakfast and dinner in the place and also get wine, made in their own vineyard. We took a short 20 min hike from house Novak down to the river, it was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here!

Cons: Take into consideration that getting here is by small, narrow village roads, but nothing you can't handle if you drive carefully. I would make sure to get here at daylight, there's not much around so it's about staying in and enjoying nature, peace and wine 🙃

Pros: We had a really great time, the room was very clean and seemed brand new. Everything on the menu is delicious ! The host is very friendly and helpful, with recommendations for activities to do around (mainly boat rides/ kayak on the lake).
