Excellent choice in the Montenegro! Chill place with clean pool and free sunbeds at the private access to the sea!

Pros: Pool and private access to the sea. Amazing view from the balcony. Very well prospering AC.

Cons: This is not something not to like about the property itself, as everything was perfect, although there is a lot of stairs - be prepared.

Pros: I stayed at this apartment for a few days and absolutely loved it. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, you could see the sea perfectly, and it was just a short walk to the beach. It was the ideal location for a relaxing holiday. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.

Pros: Small apartment complex with a charming mix of owner-occupied apartments and vacation apartments -> creates a very well-maintained and exclusive atmosphere. Private beach access with sun loungers on various rocky outcrops allows for stress-free relaxation and offers space for privacy. The apartment impressed with its lovely décor and practical amenities. Highlight: saltwater pool with a view. Ideal for: * Snorkeling, swimming ... * Exploring large parts of Montenegro: - Coast (Kotor to Velika Plaza) - Lake Skadar - Ostrog Monastery - Moraca Valley - Njegos Mausoleum, Lovcen panoramic road - ... (Please note: Driving in Montenegro is generally challenging. And there is a lot of traffic, especially on the coastal road). Overall, exceptional :-) Thank you very much for the wonderful stay!

Very nice apartment with direct sea access

Pros: Very comfortable modern apartments with everything you need.The best part is the location right on the sea , direct access to the sea with plenty of sunbeds.

Cons: Everything was good, the only issue we had was the pool was empty for our stay and we didnt know before hand. A problem with the pump. But the property has direct access to the sea so we may not have even used the pool.

Pros: I had a truly wonderful stay! The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything you might need. The apartments are exceptionally well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully arranged to make you feel right at home. The location is outstanding – It’s the perfect place for both relaxation and adventure. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a memorable stay.

Totally recommend!

Pros: This place is great. The room was spacious, with a living area and a kitchenette. The shower also had a lot of space. The apartment is very well equipped. You have all the kitchen utensils, balcony with chairs and table, iron and ironing board, drier, plenty of towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent etc. The washing machine has a 20 min speed program, which is perfect for washing your swim gear and towels after the beach. The private beach is absolutely fantastic! It's rocky and the water is immediately deep. So you can jump off a rock or use the ladder. The sun beds and umbrellas are provided. There's also a shower to rinse off the salty water. There's a swimming pool too (but we didn't use it) and another small one for children. The host is very helpful and accommodating. Location is also great, 15 min ride from Bar and 25 min from Ulcinj.

Cons: The bed was too hard for my taste, but this was a minor inconvenience. And something that was not a problem for us, but you should be aware that the buildings are situated on a steep coast, so there's a lot of stairs ;)

Pros: Very nice pool with sea water. Gorgeous sunset view. The owner was very kind. Lots od stairs but we got in shape because of that :) Apartments has all the necessary kichen and bathroom appliances.

Pros: As i have never been before to this area, I am positvely surprised with the view and privacy it offers. Mr Kosta, owner od appt. B6 was more than welcoming , friendly and super supportive. As our car broke last night of the stay, Mr Kosta offered help and prolong our stay in very professional manner. Appt. Is equipted with all necessary items from kitchen to bathroom (even more than what regular houses offer). I give 10/10 to this owner and we will definitely be back.

Pros: Расположение. Это самое первое. 10+. Частный пляж. Супер. Бассейн. Шезлонг. Зонтики. Все принадлежности для пляжа и купания. Хозяин очень внимательный, доступный. Возникающие вопросы решает мгновенно. Много советов и помощь в том, чем можно заняться. Коммуникация на отлично. По фото было ощущение, что не будет хватать лифта. В реальности - без проблем. В квартире все необходимое есть, много полотенец, запасное постельное, сушка, фен, и т.д. Все работает. Очень

Cons: Нам все понравилось. Нет чего то такого, что вызывало бы дискомфорт или напрягало. Когда совсем нет ветра - комары. Но для этого в квартире есть куча фумигаторов. Первое впечатление от подземного паркинга - страшно, крутой спуск, но после первого раза - все ок. Ездили каждый день туда сюда без проблем.
