Friendly and welcoming owner, nice place, and conveniently located near important boulevard!

Pros: We stayed two nights in this apartment during low season (februari). It was a nice place, and the lady who manages it lives in the same building, which gave us flexibility during the check-in process. She was available for questions and helped us throughout our stay.

Cons: The location was quite hidden—especially at night—which caused us some stress upon arrival. We arrived late in the evening during heavy rain and initially thought our navigation had made a mistake, though that turned out not to be the case. We had just entered Montenegro and had no internet connection, which definitely contributed to the difficulty in finding the place—so this part was partly our own mistake. That said, it was very dark and there were no visible signs or clearly lit entrances. We initially believed we were on the wrong side of the building, as we had driven into what looked like a parking area or the back of an apartment complex, with no obvious or illuminated doors. This could likely be improved with better lighting; clearer signage or a better explanation upfront. This is feedback - not a complaint! You just need to know where the apartment is to find it in the dark...

Pros: Everything honestly, the place is really close to the center of the city and old town. Scenery was beautiful and the room had everything we needed and more. The owner is also so beautiful and helpful

Pros: The location is perfect, as both the bus stop and the old town are within walking distance. The morning walk with the fresh sea breeze was sheer bliss! You can eat lunch or dinner at one of the restaurants with terraces overlooking the Adriatic Sea before or after a walk along the coast. From the room, you can see mountains that turn a fiery red colour with the sunset. All of the negative points raised in the guest review were taken care of and I had no issue to stay there.

Cons: I assumed there was a reception because the place was listed as a guesthouse, but it was actually a private flat. We needed to arrange the key handover ahead of arrival, but the landlady said nothing, and I was at a loss to discover that there was no one to let me in the property when I arrived because I did not have a SIM card that worked in Montenegro. I walked around the area and finally found a restaurant having wifi and contacted the landlady. She was prompt to respond, but she said she would come to the restaurant soon and I should come out from the restaurant as well even though I said I was eating lunch. So, I recommend to ask the landlady about the key about handover in advance. Otherwise the property was OK.

Pros: Ми були тільки одну добу. Відповідає нашим очікуванням. Відповідає фото на сайті. Ключ принесли на назначений час Місце розташування чудове- на рівному місці. Все необхідне в 4-5 хв - ринок, пляж, кафе, старе місце. Номер студіо , але не маленький. Всьому є місце- кухня, обідній стіл ,зона відпочинку .

Cons: Немає такого

Pros: Расположение супер к старому городу, пляжам, рынку и супермаркетам

Pros: Daire çok güzeldi balkondan deniz görünüyor kenardan konumu çok iyiydi ilgilenen bayan çok iyiydi sevgi dolu bi yerdi yine gitsem OLİMP LÜX te kalırım ilk terciğim olur her yere yürüme mesafesinde beni misafir ettiğiniz için çok teşekkür ederim ❤️❤️❤️

Центральное месторасположения

Pros: Просторная студия с полноценной кухней, большим холодильником и даже духовкой! Есть стиральная машина, большой шкаф. Комфортно для длительного проживания 2 человек. Очень близко к променаду, старому городу, ресторанам и магазинам.

Cons: Мебель уже довольно старая, освежить ремонт тоже бы не помешало. За такую цену хотелось квартиру чуть свежее. В соседней квартире живут неадекватные люди, которые постоянно орут. Это может мешать полноценному отдыху.

Pros: Konum olarak Budva Old town’a 10dk, sahile 7-8dk yürüyüş mesafesinde. Ev temiz geniş ve ferah ve kullanışlı.

Cons: Bahsedildiği gibi bir deniz manzarası yok. Direk deniz manzaralı evde kaldım ama yandan ve uzaktan görüyor. Tam önünde devasal bir inşaat var ve bütün manzarayı kapatıyor. Binanın otoparkı olmasına rağmen sizin arabanıza izin verilmiyor en yakın otopark 7-8 dk yürüyüş mesafesinde ve günlük 15euro en az 5 gece girebilirsiniz diyorlar 4 gece kalmamıza rağmen 5 gece parası vermek zorunda kaldık.

Pros: Konum olarak şehrin merkezinde. Sahile 5 dakika uzaklıkta, etrafında bir çok market yer alıyor herşey elinizin altında.
