Lakeview Apartments Anđela

Pros: Lovely family run place, one of the family came and waited for us on the main road as we had got a bit lost. Beautiful view from the balcony, great spot to have a glass of wine

Cons: Location is a little awkward due to being outside of village centre, but was close to train station

Pros: The apartment was spacious and had beautiful views over the mountains. The home cooked food was well prepared by Andjela and the ingredients came from her gardens which were abundant with fresh vegetables. Andjela and her family are really helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Cons: The property is on the other side of a main road and railway tracks. These have to be crossed to get to the path into the village and the lake.

Pros: Lovely accommodating host, amazing food, great views. Would definitely return.

Cons: As with a number of places in this region there is a sewer smell that seems to come up through the bathrooms.

Pros: A nice and quiet place to stay with beautiful Mountain View from the balcony. We are happy to be hosted by the owner with her good food and the way she cooked. Also the boat trip led by her son is a fantastic journey for us. Thank you.

Pros: The hosts were absolutely wonderful and very welcoming. Great food was available at the property, prepared by the host. We ate there one evening and also had the local breakfast speciality. Both were really good! Also got to sample their rakija...which was really good...though I suggest not having too much! The son took us out on a great boat trip on the lake - also recommended!

Great accommodation with a wonderful host!

Pros: Good location with great views and lots of wildlife around to spot! Clean, spacious room with brilliant air conditioning. Incredible food made to order at a time that suited us. Great boat tour…provided by owners son and she kindly drove us to the boat. They also have an amazing way to get your luggage up the hill!

Cons: You have to cross a busy main road to get to town. Take your time! Struggled to buy bottled water (they ran out) but shop very close by in town. Ask for what you want and they will gladly provide it…food, drink, boat tour, recommendations etc (but if you don’t ask, you don’t get). The address in booking.com didn’t work but the property name came up easily in google maps and took us directly to the accommodation.

Pros: The apartment is bright and spacious and beautifully finished. The location is just outside of town, surrounded by beautiful countryside. A lovely large balcony where you can enjoy the view. There is a small kitchen that is fully equipped. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite. We enjoyed a beautifully cooked home meal.

Cons: Having to cross the main road to get into town.

It was a lovely place with a really nice balcony and a very friendly and welcoming host.

Pros: The host was super friendly and when we couldn't find the place - she came to the end of the road to wait for us to drive by. She also arranged a boat trip for us with her son, which was brilliant! It was a really lovely apartment with a nice view from the lovely balcony.

Cons: It was a bit difficult to get the temperature right with the A/C at first - as there was one bed lower down in the room and one higher up - but we worked it out. Also - you have to cross the main road to get to the village, which was fine for us - but would have been a challenge with younger children.

Pros: I loved everything! Staying here was such an authentic experience! The host was amazing, so friendly and helped me with so many things! I booked home-made breakfast and dinner, all really good and tasty! My room was big and clean, and I had such a beautiful view from the balcony. They also arranged a private boat tour on Skadar Lake for me which was so much fun, the lake is absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely come back here on my next trip to Montenegro!
