Pros: Nice, clean apartment surrounded by olive trees. Very nice and hospitable owner.
Cons: Not very close to the see, but it was obvious from the beginning so i can’t complain.

Pros: The accommodation was perfect and the owner Mr Michel Angelo was nice and frinedly. We arrived at 12:30 mid night, he helped to check in and also drove with us to service station to buy water and other necessary stuff. Appreciate his effort. We look forward to visiting Ulcinj again and definty will return to this accommodation. Reccommend to otber guest this calm, quiet and lovely place.
Cons: Calm and quiet, with lot of orrange trees and a big olive tree just front of the apartment.

Top accommodation for families with children
Pros: The location is excellently located in front of the beach and in front of the old town. The apartment with all the necessary facilities for a long stay. Being on the ground floor, we had a table right in the courtyard, in the shade of a huge olive tree. Nearby there is a bakery with hot products in the morning, restaurants and small shops. The owner, very helpful and willing to solve any request. We felt very good.
Cons: For such a spacious family apartment, which can easily accommodate a couple with 2 children, or two couples, we would like to find a more spacious refrigerator in the future

a good place to relax with children and swim in the sea
Pros: the accommodation looks good. The beds were a little hard for us, but it's not critical, there was also a comfortable soft sofa. The owner is very hospitable and pleasant, I liked him. it is very convenient that the car is parked next to the entrance to the apartment. a comfortable terrace, there is a common washing machine in the yard. the area is quiet. there is a bakery, restaurants, water shops nearby. 1.5 km to the sea on foot - no problem. The beach and the sea are the best in the area. if you drive 4-5 km along the road, you will find cheap attractions for children. If you go with children to swim in the sea, then this is a very good place for it

Pros: sophisticated, relatively new accommodation. we comfortably accommodated several children, each apartment has a terrace. the garden is wonderful, full of citrus trees. the location is great, the sandy beach and the city can be reached on foot, but the parking conditions are also good, we also traveled a lot by car
Cons: the kitchen could have been better equipped for us

Pros: Good location - everything is close and accessible - The Beach!, fruit markets, bakeries, pizza. Easy and fast communication with the owner, which is extremely helpful and can explain local things. AC works very well!
Cons: We were cooking by ourselves - so I definitely can notice lack of dishes, only one frying pan, only one pot. Of course it can be added by the owner upon request, but the dishes are mixed from different sets with different colors and designs. No kettle for the tea. No coffee machine, no filter, nothing to make a coffee. I have no idea when somebody looked under the beds to wipe off the dust from the floor. Absolutely awful internet - disconnecting from the WiFi spots, low speed and constant interruptions. I would also make more towels available in the room.

A decent stay with several smaller annoying things
Pros: The front yard is lovely. The rooms are classic apartments with a lot of potential.
Cons: Several smaller things. Shower pressure is bad. No shower doors or a curtain, so the bathroom would be full of water, and nothing to collect it with. No table for all five of us to have a breakfast together. Air con water would spill and would be dangerous on the steps. Not enough parking space, so we would block other guests, or be blocked by them.

Pros: Everything was fine. Location is good, and most important the owner is super nice, he sent me few messages during staying if everything is ok.. Really nice to see that host care about their guests ..12/10
