Excellent place for family vacation
Pros: Wonderful location, sea view terrace in the comfortable room, easy check in / out, breakfast on the sea view terrace, beautiful beach with a lot of space for swimming, lovely islands, very good area for kids swimming, friendly team, magic coffee on the reception, nice three colors cat, nearby old city and market place, easy to access by car (compare to other hotels around), suitable parking.

Pros: I highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff and location was spot on for our need, a little walk from busy downtown.
Cons: Beds are tough and cleaning before arrival could have been better. But staff was friendly and additional cleaning was done.

Ulcinj is strange but the appartment was great
Pros: The appartment was great, much bigger than expected. Lovely and clean and the included breakfast was a treat. The appartment is in a nice tucked away location but only a 5 min walk to the old town and 10 mins to the main high street / strip.
Cons: Nothing about the property but Ulcinj is a bit weird. Not much in the Old Town other than some restaurants and a strip.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment—it was even better than I expected. The place was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect close to everything but still quiet. The host was incredibly welcoming and made check in easy.

We had a wonderful stay!
Pros: We stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and very responsive, always ready to help. The location is excellent, a quiet, private spot with a beautiful beach, yet only a 10–15 minute walk to the city. Breakfast was included and we liked it a lot. You can also have lunch or dinner at the hotel, with good food and reasonable prices.

Pros: This hotel is good value for money. The appartments are very large. There is private parking and no extra fee is charged for it. The food is good and the they have restaurant and bar all day. I must say that we've got amazing balkan style pancakes each morning. Loved them. Even if basic, we enjoyed a quick lunch every day after the beach. The beach is literally outside the door. They offer you deck chairs on the private area at 25euro a pair. Never have I had this luxury before, and the price for this luxury was totally worth it. It's a place very fit for families with kids or large groups. Because they offer everything, you also get to know other hotel visitors, so there can be a sense of community. I have many many nice memories. The location is also a lot better than the rest of the city: calm, quiet, clean and decent (the city is noisy, crowded and with dirty areas).
Cons: The city has 2 issues: overly couded buildings (however this is quite common also in Croatia and in Grece) - we were in the apartment without beach view, so we were facing the neighbours walls, plus, this creates a buzzing sound in some areas of the building (from engines, air conditioning or neighbours), just during the days, but the nights are OK. Secondly, the roads in the coastal area are narrow and with steep slopes, and driving from both ways on 1 lane, so get ready for the adventure. The adventure was great, but I wasn't the one driving 😀.

Pros: Amazing stay with a stunning view! The room was clean, cozy, and had an absolutely breathtaking view. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful — you can really feel how much they care about their guests. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back!

Pros: The location is ideal for a relaxing getaway—just a short walk from the center and very close to the beach, which I absolutely loved.
Cons: The sofa and bed were uncomfortable to sleep on, and I woke up feeling sore in the morning.

Pros: Breakfast was very filling Breakfast is very filling. Access to the sea is very easy. Cleaning was done every day. Access to the city center is very easy on foot.
Cons: The road from the town center to the hotel is very narrow, winding road that can only fit one vehicle.
