Overall, it was a clean, comforable stay.

Pros: We were under the impression that we would have a breakfast, but there was no breakfast. Our bill was adjusted for the lack of the breakfast, which was nice.

Cons: A breakfast on site.

Very nice, comfortable apartment with a great view of the sea and the old town.

Pros: Spacious and pleasant apartment with roller shutters for the windows (blind on the glass entrance door). Small kitchenette. Beautiful view of the sea and the old town (the hotel is located on the upper part of the town). The seafront is within walking distance (10 to 20 minutes depending on walking speed).

Cons: The flat is very very nice, but we regret that there's an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom after each use (WC, shower, washbasin). Just so you know, the hotel has parking for 4 cars. Parking can therefore be complicated, but there is a pay car park nearby (if you manage to get a ticket, as everything is done by telephone; there is no ticket machine).

Great vacation spent în Ulcinj

Pros: Very nice family business and all the members are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very varied and consistent, contains options for all tastes. The sweet crepes and the fresh fruits are always on the table. We had a very nice holiday, I can recomand to families and also for pairs. Oh, and the view from the balcony made all my mornings :). The garden is a very nice place to spend The evenings. We thank you for our hosts for the hospitality!!

10.00 is not enough to review the place, they deserve more.

Pros: The room had the best view in Ulcini. hands up it was the best place I have stayed in during my travel. The balcony view was amazing, the location is a nice walk from the bus station throug the city, and it is 10 mins walk from the best part in Ulcin. Their breakfast was just lovely. The staff were super nice and friendly. they handled all our reuqests, questions and made sure that everything is more than okey. If I am back in ulcin, that’s where I am staying again.

Cons: Wifi a bit.

Pros: The apartment has a lovely and specious terrace. The breakfast was very delicious.

Cons: The accommodation is situated on the hill. The way to the beach Mala Plaza and the old town is quite difficult

Pros: Majitel byl velmi vstřícný a pohostinný nad rámec zaplacených služeb.

Cons: Bez auta vcelku daleko na nejkrásnější pláže při výjezdu z Ulcinj (směrem Albánie) Na městskou neplacenou (aspoň v září ) dolů z kopce cca 20min. a nazpátek bohužel nahoru.My měli kdyspozici auto..NUTNÉ KOUPIT -v trafice Parkovací lístek na 24 hodin v červené zóně 9€(hned u moře) nebo o ve žluté zóně za 7 €

Pros: Bardzo miły gospodarz. Pani w bufecie która przygotowywała śniadania mega uprzejma i pomocna. Pościel ręczniki zmieniane często a byliśmy 10 dni. Przy apartamencie sklep basen jakuzi. Ogólnie super. Gospodarz po moim przyjeździe podał mi numer do fajnego niedrogiego i punktualnego kierowcy który woził nas na dużą plażę a także na dworzec.

Cons: Bardzo strome wyjście z małej plaży do apartamentu
