Pros: Like everything good in life, you have to make an effort to come here, as it feels hidden. But it’s definitely worth it! What a beautiful apartment La Mer Beach Residence is!! Absolutely stunning! Modern, airy, beautiful sunset, sea…whoever cleans this apartment I must say a big thank you! Everything is spotless! Bedding is crispy clean, white and smells heavenly! The owner, Dritan, is so helpful, welcoming and friendly, you feel like a family has welcomed you to their home! First night Dritan ordered food for us from local restaurant, La Tavola. We enjoyed delicious food delivered to our apartment, ate mouthwatering orada / sea bream! This is definitely a place you need to visit, I’m sure it won’t be a one time thing!

Cons: The road from Ulcinj is tricky but if you follow Dritan’s directions there shouldn’t be any problem.

Pros: This is something incredible, we seem to have fallen into a photo from a Pinterest. Thank to the hotel owner Dritan, for giving us an upgraded lux apartments, we felt like we were in a fairy tale. This is such a beautiful place that we want to come back again. 100% recommend!

Pros: Staying at La Mer Beach Residence was truly unforgettable! The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a breathtaking, simply stunning view from both the balconies and the bedroom - creating a perfect vibe all day long. The whole place has such a peaceful and private atmosphere, making it ideal for deep relaxation. The staff were incredibly kind and genuinely caring - they made us feel so welcome. Everything was just perfect. I can’t wait to come back! :)

Beautiful spacious apartment in isolated spot with amazing views but some tricky route finding.

Pros: The property has a luxurious feel to it, with loads of space and amazing views out to sea. Being right on the edge of town it's really secluded. The private cove with recliners and umbrella's is quiet and relaxing, a far cry from the madness of the beach scene at Ulcinj, however there are lots of steps so it's not ideal for anyone with limited mobility. We did some snorkelling and saw plenty of fish. The walk into town is very pleasant and absolutely fine if you're in reasonably good shape. The old town is lovely although limited in terms of any interesting shops - it's mainly places to eat. You can contact the apartment owners who are extremely responsive and quick to help with anything you need including arranging to have food delivered from town direct to your door.

Cons: Although the apartment looked great it seemed like it was newly finished and could do with some snagging. There were some holes in the wall with wiring behind them and the bathroom door surround hadn't been finished. The shower was really powerful but when on full blast it flooded the bathroom and the water flowed out under the door into the adjacent bedroom. After that we made sure to keep it turned down to a level that the drains could cope with and all was fine. Also there were limited utensils, crockery etc. It could have done with a few decent sized mugs - but that's coming from a tea drinker. 😏 As another review mentioned, Google maps took us on the worst road imaginable to the property. It was really narrow and long with very limited passing spots. I ended up having to do a pretty hairy reverse for quite a long way when another car came in the opposite direction. Totally gripping given I was paranoid about damaging the rental car. Safe to say it was a bit traumatic getting there. On chatting with the owner I found out there's a much better way in, and we left by that route which was absolutely fine. I've attached photos of the turnoff you need to take. It's down a dirt road accessed from Met Myrtja road, and at the bottom of it you can access Rruga Limani 2 which you can follow to the property. There's a sign for the Hotel and Beach Club Medditeraneo. Apart from the old town Ulcinj itself reminded me of a tacky beach resort town in Spain, but thankfully the apartment feels a far cry from that world.

Pros: The host! Super friendly guy! Made our trip a whole lot easier. The view of the apartment was like you never have seen before. Tucked up in to the cliffs overlooking a private bay 😍 We rented the apartement with the jacuzzi and the huge terrace… it’s very special to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine in your hand bubbling in the jacuzzi… ☺️

Cons: Not a complaint but be ready to navigate challenging narrow roads. If there would be a pointer to this beautiful apartment en dito host is to expand the kitchen utensils.

Breathtaking Views and Great Hospitality

Pros: We had a lovely stay at these apartments in Montenegro. The view from the windows was absolutely breathtaking – waking up to such scenery every morning was a real highlight. The area is peaceful and offers great privacy, making it perfect for relaxation. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful, which made us feel truly at home.

Cons: That said, there are a few things to keep in mind. The road leading to the property is quite narrow and steep, so those who are not comfortable driving in such conditions might find it a bit challenging. Although the apartment has air conditioning, we preferred to open the windows for fresh air – in that case, mosquito screens would have been very helpful. The shower didn’t close completely, so water would splash onto the bathroom floor quite a bit. Also, the cleaning lady came while we were inside, which felt a little uncomfortable – it would be better if cleaning could be arranged when the apartment is empty.

Pros: I had an excellent stay at this residence in Ulcijn. It was very comfortable, clean, and offered great services. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel at home. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and quality place to stay

Cons: Nothing everything was perfect

Google Maps Was nie doprowadzi do celu, ale OpenStreetMap radzi sobie bez problemu.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja z prywatną plażą. W obiekcie inteligentny odkurzacz i pralka. Bez problemu możecie przyjechać z psem.

Cons: Lokalni mieszkańcy przychodzą na teoretycznie zamkniętą plażę na polowanie z kuszą.

Pros: Sehr schöne Alleinlage direkt am Meer, viel Ruhe und ein sehr freundlicher zuvorkommender Gastgeber!!

Pros: Die Lage ist super - einzig die Anfahrt ist etwas speziell und die vielen Treppenstufen vom Parkplatz bis zur Wohnung sind etwas gar viele.
