Stonehouse in Olives

Pros: Everything was excellent: a beautiful garden with ancient olive trees that give shade even on the hottest day. Very private, visited only by numerous cats. Inside the house was relatively cool. We found everything we needed for our one week stay. We absolutely loved it.

Lovely place and really nice owner

Pros: Two similar apartments are connected to each other. The apartment is beautiful and functional for two adults. We stayed there for 8 nights. We had no problems with water pressure or electricity. The air conditioning was also good. Parking in your own yard is really convenient and the apartment is a short distance to the center. The soundproofing is good, although we could hear the neighbors through the wall, but they were loud.

Cons: The neighbor's constant smoking on the terrace, which is why we couldn't be on our own terrace. I hope there will be a ban on smoking on the terrace in the future. Our apartment had a common water system for both apartments. Every time the tap runs, a sound like an old telephone rings is heard inside the apartment every few seconds. When the neighbor took a shower at night, this sound could only be heard in our apartment. I don't know if anything can be done about it.

Pros: Beautiful location. The olive gardens are a true touch. The house is great and practical.

Cons: Great overall. A few tiny details which we are sure will be fixed.

Pros: Beautiful and calm location. Big room with everything you need.

Cons: It's outside the city (ulcjni) unreachable by foot. You def. need a car or taxi.

Marvelous place for quiet being or runaway.

Pros: Very kind host, showed and told everything in the property. Answered all the questions, gave local suggestions. Beatiful and peaceful place.

Cons: We enjoyed everything at the property.

Perfect stay

Pros: Absolutely amazing. Beautiful surroundings, clean and very pleasant apartment. The owner and her parents are extremely polite and communicative people. Well recommended!

Savršeno

Pros: Sve je bilo predivno. Dvorište je nestvarbo lijepo, uživali smo. Idealno mjesto za odmor u prirodi i veoma pogodno za porodice sa malom djecom. Pravi mali raj na zemlji. Domaćini su zaista ljubazni i divni. Preporuka za sve koji planiraju dolazak u Ulcinj, mi ćemo se sigurno opet vratiti.

Rustikal und doch modern im Olivenhain

Pros: Wirklich hübsches Steinhaus im Olivenhain mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr sympathische junge Dame beim Ein- und Auschecken. Gute Ausstattung + schöne Terrasse.

Cons: Schnaken. Aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür. Das Gerätehäuschen der Arbeiter im Olivenhain hätte mit etwas mehr Abstand platziert werden können. Es hat nicht gestört passt aber nicht zum tollen sonstigen Ambiente.
