Amazing view, great comfort, and everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Pros: Everything was excellent! We had a wonderful stay — the view is absolutely breathtaking. The apartment was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing.

Worth it for the price, a unique experience and amazing amazing hospitality from the staff and the owner herself!!

Pros: It’s such a good distance from budva, kotor and Podgorica. We were able to cover everything within 2 hours from both ends as sveti stefan is in the centre. And ofcourse the unreal view!!

Cons: There is no lift to the apartments on the first floor so baggage had to be carried up and down.

Pros: Milan was taking care of all our wishes and is the soul of the house ❣️

Cons: Location is in the mountains and hard to find! The address was not working

A beautiful apartment with a spectacular view - just make sure you have a car if you want to get out to explore

Pros: Beautiful apartment, brand new condition. Pool and patio are were lovely with a stunning view.

Cons: Located at the top of a very windy and precarious hill - takes a good 5-10 minutes to get to any shops / amenities. So a car is needed.

Pros: The hospitality from the owners and stuff was very nice and helpful they were super friendly and kind guided us when we needed places to visit I liked everything just perfection best decision ever if you want a peace of mind and just breath taking view from every side to the sea and up to the mountains The whole residence was super clean and the food there just wonderful and don't miss the breakfast to the room just super refreshing ! I'm coming back for sure soon again !

Perfect for a quiet off beat gateway

Pros: Very attentive host. Super big and clean space with bath tub and two balconies. Swimming pool had stunning sunset views.

Cons: Location was secluded.

Pros: Very nice peaceful,quiet place with beautiful view 😍 Staff is very friendly , warm and welcoming 😌 Best choice to rest , spend time with friends . Not many people around so you feeling like at home. Rooms are nice and clean. Highly recommending this place 🥰 The swimming pool and location was perfect for us ☺️

Very modern, clean apartments in a peaceful location with great views, allowing a relaxed and happy family break.

Pros: Great location with beautiful views. Quiet location. Very modern, clean, facilities. Gorgeous swimming pool.

Cons: We were asked to pay in cash for our stay, which was a little inconvenient. Knowing this in advance would have been helpful Breakfast was too expensive, so only had it once.

Pros: The view cannot be described by photos, in reality it is even more amazing. Rest, quiet and natural beauty. The hotel is small and nice, has only 4 rooms.

Cons: Because the refrigeration system was on, the bathroom floor was very cold and had condensation. The foor was very wet and slippery. It was uncomfortable, but later the staff apologized. It is not possible to pay by bank card.

Pros: Quercus Residence es un lugar espectacular. Los apartamentos son amplios, modernos y están decorados con muchísimo gusto. Al haber solo 4 apartamentos se siente muy exclusivo y tranquilo, ideal para relajarse. Las vistas desde la piscina y los balcones son increíbles, la mejor puesta de sol de mi vida. El lugar es ideal para escapar del estrés de Budva. Además, desde aquí se llega a las mejores playas de la costa. El personal es encantador y siempre atento. Estaba todo muy limpio. Tienen un pequeño restaurante que por encargo te hacen desayuno (un poco caro en mi opinión 15€/persona), comida o cena. Una experiencia 100% recomendable.
