Superbly furnished and kitted out apartment with special views.
Pros: Exceptional views, everything you need for a vacation was available in the kitchen, living areas
Cons: The pool area is shared with other apartments (under other ownership). During the high temperatures another one or two sun umbrellas would have been beneficial. The apartment is not within walking distance to any shops or restaurants, so visitors should be aware of this. Not a major issue.

Really good, but not great.
Pros: Fantastic location in the hills above Sveti Stephan. Great views. Felt very new, upmarket. Extremely comfortable. Great shower, excellent bathroom. Very nice bed, giant pillows. Wonderful lounge sofa. Fantastic TV.
Cons: The property is one of several apartments newly built into the landscape. They are accessed by a very steep slope and then one or two flights of stairs up again. Not at all good for travellers with large or heavy bags or with disabilities. This should be made clear in the listing. The parking area was in a slope making it awkward to park, especially if you have a long car. Lighting in the kitchen area is a bit dim - the property photos are deceiving on that front. I could not find a way to switch on any under cupboard lighting that is shown in the marketing pics. Given the 'posh' experience that is promoted for this venue, I was surprised by the lack of a modern coffee maker (almost ubiquitous in Booking / AirBnB digs these days), especially when the kettle was very futuristic! No tea towel or kitchen roll was another let down for the otherwise well furnished venue.

Zum zweiten Mal rundum wohlgefühlt
Pros: Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und es war mindestens genauso schön wie beim letzten Mal! Die Unterkunft hat wirklich alles, was man braucht: eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein super bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer (sehr wichtig bei den Temperaturen!), und vor allem – einen tollen Balkon mit atemberaubendem Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Man überlegt sich wirklich zwei Mal ob man überhaupt ans Meer fahren will oder einfach dort bleibt die Ruhe den Pool und den Ausblick genießt. Wir kommen bestimmt auch ein drittes Mal wieder :)

Ruhige, moderne Wohnung mit schönem Infinity-Pool und grandioser Aussicht direkt aufs Meer.
Pros: Super sauber und moderne Ausstattung mich hochwertigem Mobiliar und Geräten. Die Aussicht ist ebenfalls bombastisch!
Cons: Wir würden auf jeden Fall empfehlen einen Mietwagen zu nehmen.

Pros: The apartment is tastefully decorated and has luxury facilities in it. It has absolutely everything you need for a short or a long stay. The view is simply breathtaking, you don't want to leave this place... The swimming pool is nice and well maintained. We took a risk to stay there without a car and didn't regret. A perfect place for those who work online. We will definitely be back.

Pros: апарты супер, стильные, чистые, есть бассейн. лучшая локация на всем побережье. вид умопомрачительный. наполняемость номера бытовыми приборами, посудой и полезными в быту мелочами просто невероятная. куча разной посуды, чайник, кофеварка и кофе!, огромный набор специй, пару пачек макарон, посудомойка с таблетками, стиралка с порошком, утюг, гладильная доска…. много полотенец, гели для душа. есть абсолютно все, что нужно дома! интернет отличный. владельцам респект!!! добираться исключительно на авто, но оно того стоит!
