Pros: - Super hospitable personal - Comfortable locations on the outskirts of Rafailovichi - 7 min to the public beach - There're no problems with registration

Great location, spacious and comfortable

Pros: The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, more than suitable for a family of 4, or 4 adults. It has two bathrooms and a spacious living area with a kitchen. The host, Ruzica is present at the location every day and she is very helpful and always happy to assist with any requests. Belveder is located very close to the main beach in Rafailovici, with supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries nearby right on the main road leading to and from Budva. All in all, we would completely recommend it and consider coming again!

Pros: It's a very well locateded apartament. About 5 minutes away from the beach. There are a lot of great restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets in the area. It's a very comfortable space, there is everything you need for a short holidays there Sea view from the balcony is a big bonus. The owners were very accommodating with late arrival and early check out. There was a bottle of wine and some fruit in the apartment which was a nice touch. They were quick to respond to all messages and queries.

Cons: No major issues. It's wotrth mentioning that this is not suitable for disabled people as there are a lot of stairs (71 to be exact 😀) to get from the apartament to the beach and restaurants. There were no beach towels so make sure to bring your own. Could do with a bit more comfortable chairs and or table on the balcony. No AC in the smaller bedroom.

Nice and cozy apartment in a very good location with a great view!

Pros: Very large apartment, in good condition, well equipped, great view over both, the sea and the mountains. Nice hosts. The whole building is in good shape. Very close to the beach, 5 min. walk. The parking place is a great asset specially in that area! A lot of restaurants, markets, shops in the close area.

Cons: We enjoyed everything! Maybe the fact that the WIFI was interrupting a lot...but we had more time to talk and enjoy the view...:)

Pros: -Location : 2 minutes walk from Rafailovici beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also close to the bus stop for taking the bus to Budva or Sveti Stefan. -Beautiful view of all the beach from the 5th floor as the picture attached -Friendly staff that helped with all our questions and needs. -Very big apartment with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms both with showers, clima, a huge balcony a TV with satellite decoder, furnished kitchen -plenty of space for private parking considering the busy period we stayed in -Lift

Cons: -The balcony window/door was defected and it didn't close properly and was difficult to close -oven missing in the kitchen -not inside parking for all the cars

Pros: We loved out apartment quite a lot! It is spacious, clean, has a well-equipped kitchen and a nice terrace with a view. One of the beaches is a 5-minute walk, but you can also walk approx. 15 min to a different beach through a tunnel. And let me tell you, we liked those beaches more than the ones in Budva. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the area, as well as little shops selling beach stuff. Budva and Sveti Stefan are within walking distance. The owner is super nice, helped us with all questions and requests. We travelled before the official start of the season, so were able to have an early check-in, which was helpful and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The location is perfect very easy access from main road. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and has an amazing sea view. It is only 2 minutes walking to the beach. And the most important our host Ruzica is the best host you could ever meet. She makes you feel like you are at home and take care of everything even before you think. Definetely recommended place 10/10
