AS Apartments Rafailovici

Pros: Wonderful new and clean apartments with a very friendly host and in a new buliding. The apartment had everything needed for short or long stay. Every part of the apartment was in excellent condition. The sea view from the balcony was beautiful. No doubt would choose these aparments if back in Rafailovici.

Pros: Excellent apartments,we stayed for three weeks. We liked the location, very close to several beaches, including Kamenovo, many restaurants, and several small food markets within 5-10 minutes on foot. It was also important for us that the apartment is not high on the mountain, but almost by the sea, so the road from the sea is very fast and easy. It took about 7-10 minutes. The hosts are very attentive, answered all questions immediately, the owner was always in touch. We liked that the apartments are very clean, the linen was changed very often, every 5 days, sometimes more often. The apartments themselves have new furniture, there is everything to cook for yourself, for us this was important. We liked that there was a dishwasher. The Internet is good, there were no problems with it. It was very nice to spend a vacation in this place.

Pros: The host was very welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to ensure we were settled quickly. Our son is a wheelchair user. The host gave us access to the underground car park which allowed us to bypass the couple of steps into the main entrance area. This was fantastic for us and very kind of the host as he didn't have to make this allowance. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The air con in the bedrooms and main living area was a god send. We were kept well informed of when the sheets and towels would be changed. The shutters on the windows were also great for allowing our son to sleep a little longer without being woken with the sunrise! The location was great for us and a perfect base for exploring.

Pros: Very clean apartments. Good host. Amazing seaview. Near shops. To the Kamenevo beach 12 min on foot.

Cons: There was a dishwasher, but there were no tablets for it.

Heerlijke plek op een geweldige locatie!

Pros: Deze plek is fantastisch om te verblijven. Je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt en het is ongelooflijk netjes. Je bent op wandelafstand van het strand en leuke bars en restaurants. Er is een leuk balkon, het is rustig en stil. Je hebt ook rolluiken wat een ware luxe is om wat langer te kunnen uitslapen. De gastheer is ongelooflijk vriendelijk en heel bereidwillig om je bij te staan en te helpen. Een top plek!

Cons: Niets op aan te merken.

Pros: Der Besitzer war sehr nett und jederzeit gut über WhatsApp erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und in jedem Raum eine eigene Klimaanlage, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Der nächste Strand war nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso wie Restaurants und ein Supermarkt – alles sehr gut erreichbar. Die Garage kostet extra, ist aber sehr zu empfehlen, da die öffentlichen Parkplätze meistens besetzt sind.

Pros: Апартаменти відповідають фото. Чудовий гостинний господар, домовились про раннє заселення о 10.00 - дуже вдячна за це, самостійно сплатив туристичний збір. Будинок новобудова, чудовий ліфт, 3-й поверх. Новий ремонт, зручні ліжка. Щиро рекомендую. До пляжу 3хв
