Nice place…could be better though.

Pros: Well-decorated apartment in a newly developed area. The parking spaces in front of the building are quite comfortable if you are traveling by car. Easy self-check in/out process and smooth communication with the owner company.

Cons: The apartment is in need of some maintenance (e.g. toilet lid is broken, waste basket is broken etc.). In addition, when we arrived, all towels were (clean but) wet. The level of cleanliness can also be improved.

Современная, отлично оборудованная квартира в приятном районе

Pros: Хороший район с новыми домами, все в квартире сделано отлично. Есть все, что нужно для длительного проживания, посуда, бытовая техника, отличная духовка. Большая ванная комната, хороший душ, большой бойлер. Вид из окна на парк и совсем не видно соседей. 15 минут до центра пешком по вполне приятной дороге.

Cons: К сожалению, в квартире чувствовался запах сигарет, хотя и не очень сильно. В Черногории вообще курят везде и почти все... В кухне действительно нет горячей воды. В спальне нет кондиционера, немного помогает кондиционер в гостиной, но в жару этого недостаточно.
