Pros: Nice apartment with balcony in the convenient location. There is a lift in the building.
Cons: There was 5 euro per day private parking under the building. Also the free street parking was not easy to find. Would be nice to have a shelf for soup & shampoo in the shower.

Pros: The apartment is close to the main bus station, so it's easy to get there by foot. It was clean and looked just like in the pictures. Checking into the apartment does not require the presence of the owner, which is convenient if you arrive in the evening.
Cons: The windows overlook the neighboring house. But I can't say that this is a big problem, especially if you plan to walk around the city during the day.

Pros: Lehenengo eta behin harrera. Erraztasun guztiak eman zizkiguten. Lekua argazkietan agertzen den bezalakoa da. Zabala eta oso konpleta. Denetarik dauka: sukaltzekoa, garbigailua, labaplatosa, terraza, aire egokitua,... Ondo kokatuta dago: erdialdea gertu eta garraio publikoa ere. Ezin zaio gehiago eskatu. Horrela jarraitu!

10/10 would recommend for short stays in Podgorica.
Pros: The location was clean, good placement on a quiet street. All facilities were provided, washing machines, cooking stove, etc. The apartment is in a quiet building with few neighbours, although we got a visit from a very friendly and cute neighbour cat called Zenia. The property also provided private garage parking for 5€/ day which took out the stress of leaving the car in public, well worth it. The property manager was great, very friendly and polite and he also helped us with the tourist tax and some tips for the rest of the vacation, thanks, M!
Cons: Nothing really to complain about, the sofa is not great to sleep on but it’s not its primary purpose so it was fine.

Bel appartement pour séjour sympa à Podgorica !
Pros: L'appartement est au calme, au 1er étage avec ascenseur (pratique pour les valises !), bien aménagé et très propre. La personne qui s'en occupe, Marco, est super sympa, il est venu nous apporter le badge du parking (payant, 5€ la journée) et nous a donné beaucoup d'explications. Je recommande cet appartement !
Cons: La vieille plaque de cuisson qui met 1h pour chauffer (même pas bouillir !) 1,5 litre d'eau pour la cuisson des pâtes...

Vivere come un locale
Pros: Un vero appartamento, con tutti i comfort per vivere come un abitante di Podgorica. Posizione perfetta, accoglienza eccezionale.
Cons: Solo il condizionatore rumoroso, ma si può spegnere durante la notte, la casa mantiene bene la temperatura.

Pros: Fajny standard, widać że mieszkanie jest zadbane. Dobra lokalizacja. Miejsce raczej ciche. A osoba obsługująca to miejsce, Marko, był nieoceniony!
Cons: Brakuje jakiegoś wieszaka na ręcznik czy półki przy zlewie. Tylko do tego w sumie można się „przyczepić”.

Pros: Apartamento nuevo con todo lo necesario para una estancia media - larga de una sola persona o una pareja. Muy bien ubicado en una zona tranquila con posibilidad de parking privado de pago.

Pros: Die Lage war in dem alten Stadtteil von Podgorica, also eine etwas ruhigere Lage. Das Apartment war echt groß, und es war sehr sauber. Die Stadtmitte war auch nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Von der Ausstattung her was es mehr als ausreichend. Alles top.
