Pros: Smestaj je na dobroj lokaciji.U blizini ima dosta sadržaja tržni centar,prodavnice,kafići,restorani...

Cons: Ozbiljan problem smeštaja je parking,pogotovo u vecernjim satima...ima garaža u zgradi ali parking nemoze da se koristi...U samom smestaju je prosecno dosta skromno s obzirom kako to izgleda na slikama...npr.kad se kupate u kupatilu je poplava i jos dosta sitnih nedostataka....
