Pros: The hotel corresponds to the description, recently built. All equipment is in excellent condition. Near 2 beaches, shop, restaurant. The owner is very friendly.

Pros: We had some very comfortable and nice couple of nights at Perla apartments. It's a completely new building and the apartment looks like the pictures, clean with all the amenities you would need, big balcony with a view and private parking, very important in Petrovac. Everything is close by, the beaches, the promenade with cafes and restaurants are only a few minutes away on foot and a supermarket is just around the corner. Milo, the owner, is very hospitable, proactive and helpful with anything one needs. Highly recommended! Ευχαριστούμε για τη φιλοξενία!

Beautiful apartment and city!

An excellent choice

Pros: I recently stayed at Perla and had a truly delightful experience. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the bus station in a peaceful neighborhood. Despite its quiet setting, it’s incredibly convenient for reaching the central beach and the promenade, which are just a short stroll away. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, making it a pleasant place to stay. Everything inside is new and well-maintained, from the modern furniture to the appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Additionally, the balcony was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. The overall comfort and cleanliness of the apartment made it feel like a home away from home. The host is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had during our stay. The hospitality made our experience even better.

Excellent apartment in Petrovac

Pros: The kindness and helpfulness of the host contributed to an excellent stay for us at this nice apartment. It was always possible to reach him and he knows the surrounding area thoroughly, which for example gave us the opportunity to visit nicer beaches with less tourists compared to Petrovac beach.

Cons: The only thing to point out is that there is no elevator in the building. Of course, the host can't really do something about this and for us, it was no problem to go up 3-4 floors by stairs, but I can imagine that for some people this could be important.

Exceptional

Pros: Fabulous apartments, the host Milo is very communicative, kind and helpful for everything. The whole building is brand new, it smells brand new everything. Very spatious apartments with big balcony, very safe and quiet building, air conditioner in every room, big bedroom with very comfortable bed mattress and pillows, very equiped kitchen and free parking available on the property. Location is perfect. It feels like home. Definetely going back again. We recommend this to everyone.

Perfect apartments in the beautiful Petrovac

Pros: Our airconditioned studio apartment was on the 4th floor of a brand nwe building. The location of the house is very good, close to Petrovac beach and Lucice beach. The apartment was well equipped and had a nice balkony with seaview. We also had a free parking place for our apartment. The owner Milo and his family was very communicative, friendly and helpfull duringvthe reservation and our stay so we can truly recommend the Perla Apartments in the beautuful Petrovac.

Cons: For us it was not a problem (mid 40s) but it can be an issue for elderly people that there is no elevator in the house and the apartments are on the 3rd and 4th floor.

Would stay there again when in Petrovac

Pros: An excellent 1-bedroom apartment in a new building. Well equipped, a huge terrace with a cool ocean/city view for a breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, parking right upfront (a huge plus in Petrovac), a decent market a minute away and only a short walk to the beach. The best part? The hosts - they really tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. When I had a question about one of the appliance the host came within few minutes and at the end I could leave my car parked there for a few hours even after checking out. Highly recommended.

Pros: Apartamenty bardzo czyste, szybkie Wi-Fi, świeże ręczniki wymieniane bardzo często. Dostępne miejsce parkingowe. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu supermarket, blisko do promenady. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, jego zaangażowanie aby pobyt w Czarnogorze zapadł na długo w pamięci to coś czego nie można pominąć.
