Pros: Great location near the beach and restaurants; amazing view, spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, very friendly and helpful staff (Especially the lady working in the building)

Pros: Staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has great selection and is delicious, the 10% discount is the cherry on top! The location is great and provides a great view, and the room is very tidy and spacious. Would have stayed longer if we could.

Pros: The appartment was spacious and had the best location possible, with a great view over the whole bay and the beach. Restaurants, cafes and the beach are only a few steps away. The aircondition worked good and managed to cool down the all rooms, when all doors were open. The beds were good and it was clean and modern. We got the keys at the restaurant downstairs and very friendly staff was almost always available. They helped us find a cheap parking in the area.
Cons: We could not open the windows of the sleeping rooms in apartment no 1. There was a noisy fan in front of one window. The other sleeping room had a large terrace but the kitchen fan of a nearby restaurant filled the terrace with the smell of food and frying fat. So in order to cool all rooms, we had to keep all sleeping room doors open at night. Being a family, that was not a problem at all. However, if you want to close the doors of the sleeping rooms at night or open the windows, apartment no 1 is probably not recommended. We had serious issues with the WIFI the first two days but that was solved by the very freindlt staff and the internet worked fine the rest of our vacation.

Comfortable, well equipped apartment with stunning views in a great location.
Pros: The location was stunning. It was convenient for everything we wanted- restaurants, beaches, great walks, supermarket for self catering, taxis for trips further away. The owners communicated well and were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return!

I will surely back to Petrovac.
Pros: Excellent location with perfect view over the whole city and the bay. Helpful staff. Nice discount in the restaurant on the ground floor.
Cons: A bit noisy at the evenings due to several restaurants. The kitchen and bathroom equipment might be more complete and in better condition for this price, but it was anyway pretty good.

Dream location is a gorgeous place!
Pros: LOCATION IS DREAMY! Couldn’t be more perfectly placed for sea views & gentle strolls along the sea front. The restaurant that manages the apartments is delicious & offer 10% discount - great breakfasts & main menu. Apartments are sleek, spacious & straight forward
Cons: As there isn’t parking available, you have to try to park on the back streets or at an expensive car park by Voli supermarket - not ideal - but we’d take it’s location over the car parking convenience! Wifi codes aren’t always consistent or easily accessed.

Pros: Cannot praise enough the quiet familiarity and pleasantness of the staff from check in till check out. We have a little kid so ended up taking most of our meals in our room but the staff were very courteous in delivering it every time with a smile. We arrived not knowing that it was bank holiday for our first two days with all supermarkets closed but Vladan ( who we fell in love with ) was very kind to bring bananas for our daughter from the far city early morning on day 2. Also we must praise the food at Kenobo Orada (a restaurant owned by the property and just downstairs). We were even served complimentary drinks with our check out as well as allowed a late check out as our next check in at Kotor was some time off. Lastly blazo (our appointed driver by the property) was very patient with our kids tantrums and lovingly drove us from the airport to Petrovac and then from Petrovac to Kotor. If we come back we are staying here again!
Cons: Nothing. We loved every bit of Petrovac, Kenobo Orada and Apartment 1st line.
