Kotor Central Point

Super cozy clean spacious

Pros: Its a very cozy, clean, beautiful apartment. The bed is super comfy, the kitchen is well equiped, and everything is very clean and spaceous. Its just a minute walk away from the old city. The host wss helpful. Lovely, we recommend it.

Cons: The free parking is the public parking around the building, which is in high demand... (Beware of the extra taxes, check final price well... It will still be worth it but just beware)

Great location and nice apartment, would have been perfect but for a few issues.

Pros: Location was excellent, easy walk from bus station and very short walk from the old town but much quieter. We travelled as a family with a three year old and lots of games provided which he loved. Also very close to a softplay and kids playground. Also very nearby good facilities, supermarket and bakery right next door. Kotor itself is lovely

Cons: We found out on arrival that we had to pay in cash which we were not informed about in advance. This meant a couple of trips to the cash point where we were charged for making cash withdrawals. This information really should have been communicated well in advance. Also on our third morning the wifi vanished never to really return, the host let us connect to hers which was fine for phones but meant we had no access to the tv in the evenings.

Excellent apartment on top floor with great views

Pros: Superb location for exploring old town. Very modern and clean. Amazing views and close to everything

Cons: 2nd and 3rd floor apartments need to be more obvious. We were on 3rd floor and guests for 2nd floor apartments rang on door bell and knocked on window on 3 occasions. 2nd floor apartment outside looks residential which is probably why guests assumed it wasn’t a apartment to be stayed in.

Perfect location and beautiful apartment

Pros: Perfect location is an understatement! Ideal for short walks to the old town and beach. Easy shopping with supermarket/shopping centre opposite and bakery next door. Host was very communicative and apartment was beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: The apartment was great, exactly as it appears in the photos. It had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The coffee machine was definitely a plus as well as the giant shower! The location was perfect - a five minute walk from the river gate (north gate) to the old town. Next door there is a bakery and there are two supermarkets close by (one in the shopping centre opposite and one on the corner of the road)

Cons: The only suggestion I would make is for an umbrella for the patio outside as for most of the day there is no shade

Pros: Gorgeous apartment. Great communication with the owner. Perfect location for the old town.

Cons: There is free on street parking listed however there are minimal spaces so we had to pay to park in the car park. But this was only 0.8€ an hour.

Amazing place to stay in Kotor

Pros: Apartment is perfect, location, amenities, everything!

Pros: - exceptional location. 250m to the west gate and 250m to the boat point for boat tours. Also 300m to the beach - exceptional facilities. The washing machine is also a dryer - super friendly host

Cons: - had to lug our luggages up 4 flight of stairs - it was very warm. The one small aircon wasnt enough to cool the whole apt.

Pros: It has an optimal location - close to the beaches, close to the old town and supermarkets, bakeries, etc and at the same time away from crowds. The street can get a little noisy at times, if you are a very sensitive sleeper, you might want to consider plugs (especially if you want to keep windows open in the summer).

Cons: The sofa bed is worn out and uncomfortable, would therefore recommend to rent this apartment for two people.
