Pros: We had a fantastic stay! The facilities were excellent, with everything we needed readily available. The kitchen, bathroom, and room were all impeccably clean, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

Pros: It’s a beautiful property, and the host was very friendly and approachable. Even though we had a language barrier, they gave us detailed recommendations about nearby places to explore, good restaurants, and all the necessary information we needed. The room was very clean and well-organized, with utensils, coffee powder, and sugar provided to start the morning right. The main highlight of this property was the charming loft bed upstairs inside the room, accessed by a beautiful staircase. The bathroom was spotless, and laundry service was available. The air conditioning worked perfectly, offering a welcome escape from the hot sun outside. Worth for money. As the property is located conveniently between Budva and Kotor, it was easy for us to drop off our things, freshen up, or take a quick nap in between trips—especially useful during the hot afternoons. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Montenegro.

Cons: Highway construction work was in progress, and as the property is located about 100 m from the main road, the heat and dust affected the outside view. Traffic was also quite bad. However, this had nothing to do with the property itself — which actually exceeded our expectations.

Pros: The apartment was really nice. Very basic but clean and comfortable.

Cons: The problem was the main road is under construction and you can get yourself in a traffic jam in the middle of nowhere.

Pros: The house had everything necessary. It was in a good location between Kotor and Budva. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The light came through the curtain in the morning. The air conditioning didn't cool the lower area very well.

It was an awsome stay, would definitely come back.

Spotlessly clean, a real home feeling!

Pros: It was the cleanest place I stayed in my 1 week trip. It didn't even feel like a hotel, it was like my own home and neighbors. In most places like this, even the kitchen equipment is inadequate, here the kitchen equipment was both very sufficient and spotlessly clean, I mean there was even Turkish coffee and a coffee pot in the kitchen! I thank them again.

Great Stay!

Pros: The host was nice, the location was perfect scenic, on the roadside itself. There is a bakery restaurant nearby.

Pros: I really liked the stay in this place. The rooms were really big(we got a attic bedroom) with all needful amenities including coffee powder,sugar and some cutlery. The view from room is also really beautiful. I have to specifically mention host and the family who is really friendly and helpful. They even helped us to wash our car in front of house which I don’t know if many host will do. They were really superb.

Cons: Nothing.

Great stay for big groups

Pros: We had a great time staying in 5 rooms of this villa. We had all the amenities we could need - AC, shared and private kitchens, washing machine, a terrace and plenty of parking space. The owner was also very nice and understanding when we had somd problem with the dates we booked.

Cons: It is hard to get anywhere without a car, so do not stay here if you want to rely on public transport (which would be impossible). Some of the rooms in some apartments had too much light in the morning due to a lack of curtains, which can be annoying for those who are sensitive to morning luminosity.
