Amazing experience staying here and would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor!

Pros: Everything about our stay at Dusan Residency was amazing! Srdjana was very helpful and welcoming and the flat itself was amazing - very modern, clean and well located and could accommodate all of our needs.

Pros: Lovely 1 bed-room in amazing location, in the historical Unesco protected old town. Enjoyed strolling around day and night time. Apartment had all we needed for a comfortable few days stay.

Perfect apartment

Pros: The apartment was right in the city center, still the room was super quiet and good to sleep. Spotless clean, with everything needed, super comfy bed, so many details and very easy to communicate. They gave all facilities to make our stay comfortable and nice. I would really recommend and stay here again!

Pros: Location perfect. Apartment was stunning. Host was excellent and caring, even helped us with sorting the tourist tax out. Knowledgeable and friendly. Was way above my expectation. Old on the outside, modern on the inside. Outstanding stay. We thank you again!!

Cons: There was nothing to do with the stay here directly that we did not like. For the stay in the apartment and location we loved it all.

Fabulous location, beautifully designed modern clean apartment

Pros: The location was amazing right in the centre of the old town but off on a side street. The double glazed windows worked well to keep out the chatter from the streets. Well laid out and deigned apartment.

Cons: If you struggle with stairs then this may not be the apartment for you as it is on the third floor with no lift.

I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Pros: I had an exceptionally great experience staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. The attention to detail really stood out—there were sweets and biscuits left out for guests, along with cotton buds and other hygiene essentials that made the stay feel just that little bit more special. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and clearly looked after with care. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Pros: The best apartment we have stayed all over Montenegro !new renovated ,heart of historical Kotor ,close to all the city sites ,shops,supermarket ,beach ,restaurants . we were lucky to be the first guests there ! After me two of my friends had a nice time here from my recommendation clean ,comfy,cozy ,nice interior Best regards to Serdjana,the owner,and her family ,you were super gentle and kind to me! I will come back for sure ! Highly recommend !!! p.s. who’s gonna be the next do not hesitate to feed the cats who live there on the corner of the building ,ginger ones))) Such a perfect place for your vocation !!!

Perfect apartment for a couple in the old city

Pros: The location inside of the old city right by a gate is superb. We were delighted to find a modern apartment well equipped and maintained. Srdjana was very nice and helpful The bed was very convenient
