Would definitely stay here again as it’s one of the best places we have stayed at in old town type settings

Pros: Very modern and clean with everything you need. Great location and brilliant assistance from Nikola and his family.

Cons: Not a big issue but there are three flights of stairs to bare in mind but this is typical of all the older properties. Also cash on arrival is required for the property so ensure you bring enough euros.

Pros: Amazing place and just lovely hosts! They also gave us as a welcome gift like cookies, candies and water. It can be quite noisy in Kotor streets in nights. Double windows blocked the noise perfectly so the place was very nice. Nice beds and pillows.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Beautiful location, take cash before you travel.

Pros: The location is great, in the old town which is beautiful! It's close to everything, all walking distance. The host was very friendly and replied quickly if we had any questions or needed extra info. The apartment is beautiful.

Cons: One thing about Montenegro is that you have to pay cash pretty much everywhere, and paying cash for accommodation meant we had to withdraw the amount from ATM and got charged fees both for the withdrawal there and home bank fees which wasn't great at all. At the property we couldn't figure out how the washing machine worked and there were no instructions, so couldn't use it.

Lovely brand new flat in great location in old town. Host Nikola was amazing.

Pros: We loved being in the old town and the host Nikola was wonderful — so friendly and helpful. Flat feels very clean, brand new. It was done to a high spec and was triple glazed so great for being in old town. As there is always a bit of street noise. All in all, would really recommend!

Great experience

Pros: Very clean, comfortable, and a great location within the old town. Everything we needed was there. It's also close (less than 5 mins walk) to a food market just outside the wall. Communication from contact person was excellent, and we were made feel very welcome. Would definitely return there.

Wonderful!!!

Pros: The apartment was great! Everything was clean, brand new, and luxurious. It was also very spacious and comfortable. The view is magnificent—you can see the streets of the old town and the church. It's peaceful. The owners are wonderful. They welcomed us and were very hospitable. We would definitely visit Kotor again and book this apartment.

Great Mountain Views and Comfortable Stay, Great Hosts!

Pros: The apartment was in an excellent location in the old town, and had beautiful views from the windows - you can really enjoy the natural scenery of the mountains from inside! The picture I attached is from the living room window. The furniture and beds are very comfortable, and great for a family (we were 4 adults and one child). There was plenty of space and seating and the living room is easy to sit around all together. I liked the furniture choices and the lighting in the apartment, and there are plenty of linens provided. Very clean and new! Truly a perfect location, with views looking out over the old church up at the mountains. Great little markets and coffee shops nearby. Very easy to get to if a taxi drops you off at the north gate. Excellent friendly hosts! Thank you Nikola and Olja for hosting and welcoming us!

Cons: Nothing to dislike, it’s really a perfect place to stay in Kotor. Some reviews talk about the steps but they are not too bad, only 3 floors and wide enough to walk easily.

Härliga dagar i Kotor!

Pros: Totalrenoverad, elegant och fräsch lägenhet. Mycket bekväm, allt vi behövde fanns. Utmärkt läge i gamla stan (extremt mysig gamla stan!) nära många mysiga restauranger, ett par hundra meter till livsmedelsbutik. Några hundra meter från strand, båtturer, trappa upp på berget för en magnifik utsikt över Kotorbukten. Perfekt boende för vår familj med 3 barn!

Cons: Allt var väldigt bra, men ifall man har svårt att röra sig i trappor bör man veta att lägenheten ligger på tredje våningen.

Pros: Apartman sahipleri son derece yardımsever, kibar ve iyi insanlardı, tatil boyunca aklımıza gelen her soruyu whatsapp üzerinden yazdık ve hepsine tek tek cevaplar aldık, bence bu harika bir durum! Bu nedenle Nicola’ya çok teşekkür ediyoruz! Apartmandaki eşyalar ve konumu harikaydı, herşey çok temiz ve yeniydi. Evde bulunan çamaşır ve bulaşık deterjanları ile ütü işimizi kolaylaştırdı. Bir mutfakta olması gereken tüm eşyalar tamdı. Kısacası, özellikle Karadağ’a ilk kez giden herkes bence burayı tercih etmeli! Sonrasında Nicola ve ailesini bırakamayacağınız kesin😊
