Amazing !!

Pros: Very clean, perfect location 10 mins walk to old town, 5 mins walk to shopping center. The photos shown in the ad which I thought was google stock photos, to my surprise it was the actual view of the place from the balcony. Enjoyed every second of the stay there.

Perfect.

Pros: Perfectly located only a 5 minute walk from the city walls. Very comfy beds & beautiful shower. The whole property was finished to a very high standard & the hosts were helpful, friendly & attentive.

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to both the old town and the beach. Great view from the balcony. Big and comfortable apartments. Air conditioning in all rooms. Fulfilled our every expectation.

Cons: The ramp to the house is very steep. If you have a limitation of movement ability or an elderly family member, this house may not be a good fit for you.

Great location close to Kotor old town

Pros: Great location to Kotor old town and off-street parking essential in this busy area! 5 minute walk to the beach and to the old town. Apartment a little cosy for a family of x 4, but for a couple of nights it was fine.Beds comfy, and facilities good. Kitchen well equipped.

Cons: Slight confusion with picking up keys, and communication with host on site who didn't speak english - but we got there in the end!

Pros: Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location. It has amazing views from the balcony and is close to the beach, shops and the old town.

Excellent

Pros: We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Kotor. It was very well equipped and extremely comfortable, making us feel right at home. The host was wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning view from the balcony, which offered breathtaking scenery over the bay.

Cons: The only downside during our stay was the construction work taking place nearby — both in front of and behind the apartment. The noise started quite early in the morning (around 7–8 AM), which made it difficult to sleep in or fully enjoy a quiet coffee on the balcony. That said, the apartment itself and the hospitality were excellent. Once the construction is finished, this place will be close to perfect.

A wonderful stay in a fabulous location

Pros: Lovely, modern apartment in a great location a short walk to the centre of Kotor, with fabulous balcony views to the old town, and shops / facilities close by. The hosts were very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. We had a wonderful stay.

Cons: No negative feedback at all. The road to the apartment is very steep, but it's not a long stretch. Whilst it wasn't an issue for us, it's a consideration for those with mobility issues.

A gorgeous apartment!

Pros: The apartment has everything you need, we stayed for 1 week and had no problems. It is very clean, it has all amenities. The owner lives nearby so any issues they were able to assist us, very friendly and accommodating! It is about 2 minutes walk to the River gate of the Old town Kotor (a steep walk), bakery, supermarket, restaurants all close by. Would recommend 10/10.

Cons: Nothing! It was perfect for us
