Lovely apartment in Kotor old town

Pros: The apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed and perfect location to explore Kotor old town The host was flexible with early check in, which was very kind of him

Cons: Apartment itself is perfect, can't find a fault. However before we check out, the host sent a message saying that we should leave the apartment at the status when we checked in, and should take rubbish out as well. During our travel we have always tried to keep the place as tidy and clean as possible, however requesting the guests to leave the apartment as when they checked in is just wrong and nobody can do that! Especially considering we were specifically paid 30 euro cleaning fees the request seems unreasonable. If not for that unreasonable message we would have rated it as 10 instead of 9

Pros: well equipped apartment, very clean and comfortable. Owner hand over the keys in person, explained the registration process and information. Very good location, silence at night.

Pros: Perfect location right in the middle of the old town. Very spacious and comfortable.

Cons: Be careful there are 3 stairs with no elevator. Not very practical with a baby.

Nice accomodation in the old town centre

Pros: Friendly and helpful host, modern and cheerful flat, centre of town looking up to the fortress ruins. Fly screens on a lot of the windows allowed us to have them open for some fresh air. Able to wash our clothes.received helpful information about the area on arrival. Host also offered a later checkout as we were catching a late bus. Thanks for a nice stay!

Cons: Renovating the stairs would improve first impressions. As they felt a bit worn. But didn't affect our thoughts on the flat
