The warm hospitality and friendly welcome meeting me at the bus station was fantastic which continued throughout my stay

Pros: Stylish, comfortable and incredible attention to detail. A lot of thought and care made the apartment feel like a home away from home.

Everything was more than perfect

Pros: Everything is perfect. So clean and very well organized. Perfect location right in the Old Town. Team is welcomed us with very high hospitality. Highly recommended.

Classy new self catering apartment

Pros: Classy and thoughtfully furnished/equipped apartment in Kotor Old Town that's close to the main bus station and nearby Dobrota. Everything is nice and new. Basic but essential cooking facilities including fridge, 2 hotplate stove and a microwave. Plenty of the necessary condiments. complimentary washing machine and drier available for guests. Very comfortable bed and peaceful/quiet during our stay in December. The host is particularly helpful and communicates appropriately throughout the stay. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay.

Cons: There are no exhaust fans in the apartment so cooking should be kept to the basics. There are however I windows that can be opened as necessary to ventilate the apartment. Pay close attention to the hosts instructions on the apartment location as there is no signage at the property itself. There are some fairly steep steps up to the apartment from the street which didn't bother us, but our host was immediately on the spot to assist with carrying luggage up to the apartment.

Pros: Property is located in old town but very quiet area. Apartment has all you need for your stay, it is extremely clean and bed is very comfortable. Host Jovan was very helpful, although you can do self check in, he came to give all details about the property and was available for all needs during my stay. Jovan thank you for everything.

Absolutely amazing!

Pros: In a great location to explore the city with fabulous facilities. We were late for getting to the residence and the team so kindly waited to greet us late in the evening and offered us some excellent things to do/ eat while in Kotor.

A comfortable, clean, and perfectly located stay in the heart of Kotor.

Pros: The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well-equipped. The bed and sofa were both comfortable, and the room layout made the space feel relaxing and cozy. The location in the Old Town was perfect—quiet, yet only a short walk from everything. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and check-in was easy.

Cons: There’s nothing major to complain about—everything met or exceeded expectations. The only minor thing is that parking in the area can be a bit tricky, but that’s normal for the Old Town.

Amazing location, home and service

Pros: The service was truly exceptional!!!!!! Beyond words!!! Truly so well looked after. Amazing location and amazing property.

Pros: From the moment we checked in, fabulous staff member who showed us all the facilities, it was perfect. We loved our stay. The room was well appointed, newly renovated to a very high level and all digitally controlled. Lovely small kitchen, comfie bed, nice sofa and well appointed bathroom. Communal laundry and very safe and easy access. Wanted for nothing, great location, easy to find. One of our favourite places so far, highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing, could not fault. Kotor is extremely busy even in October when cruise ships are also in Port.

Right in the middle of town but away from the noisy areas. Clean comfortable and well set up.

Pros: The hosts were responsive, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Explained everything and even helped us park and move our luggage.
