18th Century Villa in the UNESCO Bay of Kotor

Our overall experience exceeded our expectations. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Pros: The villa is perfectly located, offering stunning views of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kotor Bay. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need, thoughtfully arranged to make daily living (especially cooking) easy and comfortable. The extra warm blankets were a lovely touch for the cooler winter nights. We genuinely loved everything about this villa and couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Cons: As a family that enjoys exploring local transportation, we found the location to be a bit removed from the main areas. Walking becomes your best friend when heading to Old Town Kotor. There are no nearby shops for late-night food or drinks, so keep that in mind. Renting a car is a good idea if you choose to stay here; unless you don’t mind a bit of walking in which we didn't.

Pros: We had an amazing stay! Everything was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and perfect for a family getaway. The location is truly special — the sea is right in front of the house, creating a relaxing, almost idyllic atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommended!

Pros: Gorgeous villa, photos dont do it justice. Stunning view over the bay. Very comfy to spend a few days here.

Cons: About a 25 minute walk into the old town along a sometimes busy street.

Pros: We spent 10 days here in Muo village which beyond our expectation. It’s amazing to stay here with great sea view and you can take trails near around for many church’s visiting, you can participate in day tour of blue cave if you walk by 20mjns and much wonderful is there is always free parking lot for us every day. Old Kotor is also can be reached by walking. The host Danilo gave us good suggestions for local marketing, local traffic policy and so on, which helps us a lot. We love here for everything.

Pros: Fabulous house in a stunning location. Views are sublime. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Danilo provided lots of local knowledge and tips on where to eat.

Pros: Fantastic view of Kotor Bay. Great for group ad on separate floors. Well equipped.

Cons: Wished for more outside space so we could take advantage of of the amazing view.

A lot of space! Very comfortable.

Pros: Loads of space. Very comfortable. Everything in the place we needed to be comfortable. The location was close enough to walk to town if you didn’t have a car. We had a car and parking was plentiful in April.

Cons: Not the owners fault at all, but the small road out front of the apartment is treated like a formula 1 track. Be careful when crossing.

Relaxing and beautiful stay

Pros: Beautiful villa, equipped well with stunning views onto lake. Super helpful host Danilo who gave us excellent tips for trips. For us, the walk into Kotor old town was just right as it meant we had peace and quiet in Muo. We walked, jogged and cycled local area. Personally I would choose pre peak season to visit Kotor as it was not crowded.
