Big apartment wite great location

Pros: The location near to beach, restorants, old city all by walking The apartment is huge, very comfortable, big rooms. The view from the balcony is amazing

Cons: The communication with the host wasn't direct. She sent us to the wrong address to make a copy of the passport without telling us that we need to pay the tourist tax. Other host did the all prosiger and paid the tax.

Pros: We had a truly enjoyable stay in this apartment, which is perfectly located for exploring Budva on foot. The area is quiet but very convenient for reaching the Old Town, beaches, and main points of interest. The apartment is modern, tastefully furnished, and fully equipped with everything you might need. A big plus is the excellent parking, which is especially helpful during high season. A special thanks to Natasha, who takes care of the check-in and cleaning with great professionalism. Her kindness, availability, and competence really made a difference and enhanced our overall experience. Highly recommended!

Cons: The only issue worth mentioning is related to the building’s elevators: out of four, only two were working during our stay. This can lead to some waiting, especially during peak times. Nothing major, but definitely something that could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed and the view was amazing!! . Our host was kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Pros: Beautiful scenery from the terrace, modern style apartment with good equipment. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Cons: They didnt tell us about the closed swimming pool on the 9th floor. Except that everything was perfect:)

Pros: Very nice Apartment with everything what you need. Located very central and close to the old town and all restaurants, public transport, shops, and the beach.

Not bad, but, since it is this good location, and price is not low, i expected a bit more..

Pros: Location was good, host is good, communicative, parking with apartment, for free, also is pretty good!

Cons: There was lot of noise, since there are 2 new buildings site beside accommodations... Dishwasher was not complete, but it is usable... Bed is really hard, so it was not comfortable for sleep...

We feel lucky to have found such a lovely apartment in a perfect location

Pros: This apartment is in the best location. It's very central in the resort, 2 mins walk to the beach and the restaurants, 10 mins walk to the shopping centre, 20 mins walk to the marina and Old Town. There is a supermarket on the main road outside the building literally 3 mins walk. It has the best view; from the balcony you can see the beach, all the restaurants, the marina and the Old Town. We moved the outdoor furniture round to sit and look at he view/people watch. The apartment itself is very spacious; the bed is big and very comfortable, there is a very large sofa in the living area which is also very comfortable and the bathroom has a great shower and the air con is very quiet. A maid came every day at a time to suit us and brought clean towels. Communication with the owner was very good and key collection very easy

Cons: The rooftop pool only opens June-August and we went in Sept. And it looks great too! There are plans in resort for many more hotels so go now while the resort is still relatively unspoilt

Super convenient for Budva beach and Old Town - so close to first rate restaurants

Pros: Location just 3 minutes walk to beach Apartment very spacious, claen and comfortable Private parking available - important in high season

Cons: Small thing - would have been great to have a coffee machine in apartment
