Wonderful stay with lack of management

Pros: Apartment was big with wonderful view. Common pool with grill zone was amaizing and there almost always were no other guests. Host was freandly and polite. One more useful thing - mobile wifi router in apartment (you can take it with you anywhere - near the pool, to thr beach & it works for 6h without charging). Location, view and pool deserves 10, but lack of management lowers rating to 7.

Cons: I can describe our stay in this apartment as: - you have a toaster, but it does not work, - you have a nice grill zone, but the only lighter does not have gas, - you have lamps in terrace, but they do not work, - you have a cover on toilet bowl, but it is way too small, - here is a door lock on toilet doot, but it stucks sometimes and you can not get out of toilet for 10 minutes, - you have a nice toilet, but there is very bad smell, - you have few AC remote controls, but some does not work, - you have a tv remote, but it does not work sometimes, - you have a washing machine, but it leaks and there are no washing tabs, - you have a bed, but it is so hard and loud, - you have a big kitchen surface, but there is no free place for preparing meal, - you have a water tap, but it is skew, - you have AC in every room, but one of them leaks, - etc.. Part of theese things are trifle and fastly repairable, but they are essential for comfortable stay. For example, if you prepare grill, bring meat and then find out thet there is no gas in lighter. Then you need to drive to the shop or search for other guests and ask lighter to them. We had ants in last days of our stay. + apartment needs a deep cleaning.

Lovely Rooftop Pool area - need a car!!

Pros: The pool area and view are lovely. The apartment was spacious and functional but lacked charm. The location is ok - it's a 10 minute walk (at least) down to Sveti Stefan beaches. The apartment is located on an old camping site, so the surrounding ares is a bit rustic and remote and a lot of unfinished properties but no doubt a lot of development to come over the coming years. There are 2-3 beaches down from the apartment which are less busy than Sveti Stefan and a bit more rustic plus a newly opened beach Club/restaurant called Galija. Closest grocery store 10 minute walk. Nearest restaurants 10 minute walk or 1km drive in other direction. Host very lovely though and helpful and responsive to messages.

Cons: It was very basically equipped for a family of 4. 3 dining chairs instead of 4? Air con not very efficient, and lack of hooks or shelves or places to put anything inside the apartment. Everything just ended up on the floor! Other than that - a good base for a couple of days, but not sure I would stay for longer.

Perfect stay, 6 days, would go back in a heartbeat

Pros: Lovely big apartment even for my family of 5. The view from the spotless pool was just perfect, the view from our rooms were the best we’ve had in a long while. Fabulous place with a nice owner. Quiet place away from busy Budva which was perfect for us. We walked to the beach once but preferred the amazing pool area and view. Owner gave great tips on where to eat. Don’t miss sunset at church above Sveti Stephen.

Cons: 71 steps up to our apartment might be tricky for older or people with a disability. You need a car to stay here to make it easier, which was fine for us as we did have a car-The one bathroom had an issue which made it smell a little. My wife said bed was too hard but that’s how some people like it. Tiny issues in a wonderful place.

Pros: Everything!!! The view is breath taking!!! The location of the appartement lost in the vegetation close to some nice coves Seygey was very attentive and gave us some very good tips on the area.

Wonderful apartments near Sveti Stefan and Budva.

Pros: Wonderful Apartment, relatively small Bit well designed. Very new and well maintained. Everything worked properly. The pool is a real gem! The kids loved it! Very good, fast and proactive communication by the landlord! Parking directly at the apartment possible.

Pros: Amazing view, very close to the bays, and a very attentive host—it was a holiday just like staying at a five-star hotel.

Very enjoyable, =would go back

Pros: Location was lovely and a beach very close by, but a steep walk up. There is an option to drive to the beach - no parking charge. Overall a very nice property and a lovely welcome by Sergey. The infinity pool area was amazing with a lovely view. Apartment very new and everything you need. This apartment would be challenging without a car.

Cons: wifi not good.

Pros: Excellent property. Good value for money. Lovely pool. Helpful staff.

Cons: Recycling not available but this is a wider issue in Montenegro
